Wonderful service!! AC went out in room we booked. And they gave us 3 rooms with working ACs along with food vouchers for each person in our party. Also are very eco friendly with great information. Large comfortable rooms.

Roaches, beware. Old and outdated rooms with roaches. Mud pit right outside the lobby (towards six string stage) multiple people got stuck in. Blinds didn't work, no soap or conditioner on check in, missing remotes, dirty. Good activities overall but a very disappointing experience for the price. There are better places without roaches.

Would never come back.
Don't go to Magen bay, not the greatest, if you're looking for crystal clear blue water forget this place. They charge 20 dollars for one lounge chair. Very poor island be prepared to spend a lot of money.only cheap way to get around is a car rental.This is it an advertisement for AARP but if you have it, it will cost have of the regular price.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!
The resort pictures online are nothing like the resort there is absolutely no beach. There’s caution tape everywhere of the last hurricane that destroyed it. Can you imagine going to your vacation and not having the beach that you pictured or you can’t even walk it!! Thank God, I only stayed there one night waiting for our other hotel for the week. If I had to stay there for another day, I would’ve left and found another hotel. I also ordered appetizers from the only restaurant and bar there and they told me I need to come get it myself and they will bring a cowbell. We waited almost an hour for our food that was sitting at the bar when I walked up, he was on his phone. They automatically charge you 18% gratuities so I work so hard. I’d have to say the front desk girls are absolutely friendly wonderful and they deserve a kudos. Jimmy Buffett would be so ashamed. God rest his soul. The two pools are really nice though. The infinity pool on the upper top of the mountain we took a shuttle. We stayed there till dark. We couldn’t get back even after calling the hotel three times they finally picked us up after an hour. When I mentioned my complaints to the manager on check out, she blamed it on Expedia go figure third-party not our fault. Just had to do a shout out to people that think they’re going to get a great vacation and they’re not!!!!!!

Smelliest most unusable beach on the island.
The buildings were nice but the sargassum seaweed smelled so bad. Like truly awful, I was gagging. It is a short walk to Coki beach but there is no easy walkable path from the property to the road to get there. The bar is not a swim up bar and service was mediocre. This was off season so there weren’t a lot of people which was nice but there were enough it didn’t feel deserted. I will not be staying here again. There sales people were really trying to sell their time shares and were a little rude about it and were not good at sales. We were there for hours and they kept trying to sell us, it was never gonna work with how they treated us. But also if I was them, I wouldn’t want to show off that property.
