Feb 13, 2026Simpson Bay Resort vacation 2026
Our family and friends stayed in the Simpson Bay Villas for 4 weeks. The rooms are well kept all water facing. I highly recommend them! We spent every day on the beach, a short walk from our room. The staff at the Coco Beach Bar were great! But I have to give a special shout out to Mayelin! She was friendly and attentive. One of our group fell during our second week and Mayelin went out of her way to make sure she was looked after, and even walked us up to First Aid for a bandage change and supplies to take with us! She also made sure my birthday celebration was special by bringing a piece of cake and singing Happy Birthday! What a wonderful person and employee! Sophia at the bar was also pleasant and helpful, and helped us find a licensed taxi to take 4 of us on a day trip to various beaches. Shout out to Rodney, Taxi 153! Finally, we did the Sunset Cruise out of Simpson Bay Marina on the Lambada. What a fun evening! Highly recommend!

Feb 12, 2026Dark dingy room, terrible view. Would not return.
Dark room, ground floor, no balcony, view of parking lot. Pool and beach area chairs all "reserved" with towels but no people, so nowhere to enyou the climate. Restaurants Card systems kept declining our credit card, 3 times, only in the Restaurants, we had to call every time to get hold taken off. No problems anywhere else, ie Phillipsberg, Maho, or Marigot. Definitely value for $ was poor.

We enjoyed our stay at the Simpson Bay Resort. The pools and restaurants here were nice. I was a little disappointed there was no hot tub. The other thing that bothered us were the sand flies. They left huge red spots when they bit you and were so itchy. We were bit while dining at some of the restaurants. The room was nice but it had a weird smell in the room and also the cupboards. Everything inside the cupboard smelled and we had to wash cups and plates before we used them. We were on the bottom floor so maybe other upper level rooms aren’t as bad. The people who worked here were awesome! Very friendly. Ziggy the bartender was wonderful.

Amazing vacation
Great location, fantastic atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Great value too. Everyone was friendly

Mayelin is the best at Cocoa beach bar!
The Cocoa beach bar has the best food and the best waitress named Mayelin who treats everyone like family and is the best! We love her!
