Old, dirty, terrible food, unfriendly and uncaring staff. Not impressed at all by this resort or the “lifestyle” they try to sell you or the indifference they showed us when we said no thank you for the 100th time. To top it off, I left an expensive white foldable travel hat on the bed and when I called later in the afternoon the “Service Dept” said it was not found. I will say that it could have been thrown in the laundry by accident. But it would have been a nice gesture to contact me if it was found.

The trip here was better than the last time we were there. We were there with our friends who are members. They had access to the internet at all times and were able to use their safe. We were not able to use the safe. It’s in the room, why not? The internet was only available to use 1 hour a day. We were never even able to log in for that hour even tho we inquired and they show us. Just wouldn’t let us in. Internet is on the property, why is there a charge to use? We NEVER had hot water for showers. Luke warm 2 days. Why pay those fees and not even get hot water? We did have excellent food while there, Never have had a stay without some kind of problem. We will see about coming again.

Wouldn’t be my first recommendation 😳.
My experience in the hotel was not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend for ages 30ish to 50ish. Rooms: The first night was horrific. The rooms are old, the patio broken, the room had visible mold cover the fire alarm, air vent and shower, last but not least…. DAMP!!!! My cousin started to become ill. After multiple attempts to contact the Manager to no avail. The night shift Supervisor moved us to another room “temporarily” with one king bed 😳😒! Welp it was dry,clean and more updated. At this point we simply wanted rest. Next day, I addressed our concerns with Ranzell Martinez (RCI Concierge)… providing pictures to support our claims. He quickly responded with an upgrade room, champagne w/cheese and meat platter. He also, ensured we were well taken care of for the remainder of our stay. He was the absolute BEST! Buffet: Food was not what I expected at all. It was simply okay. The best restaurant hands down was the Mexican and Asian restaurant. Nearly forgot to mention. Martinez scheduled all our dinners for our seven day stay… Again, the young man came through!! I can’t say enough about him. Amenities: Needs work! If you’re not VIP 90% of the access is denied to you. Excursions : Cost is reasonable. Ranging from 50.00 to 160.00ish. FYI: there’s currently NO fun night activities for adults. There’s no lounge, jazz spots, dancing…nothing. If you want to experience any of these activities you must leave the resort, 🤦🏾♀️😒😳.

All inclusive does not mean it's all included
We got the all inclusive package and while it was inexpensive it doesn't mean all inclusive. No name brand alcohol, bartenders can make very limited drinks. The drinks are the same no matter what bar you went to. The food ok at the locations we were allowed to eat at. It seems the level of service you get depends upon the color of the wristband you get at check in. They will try to hard sell you to buy their timeshare, super annoying.
