We recently visited the Kimpton Seafire with our twin toddlers to celebrate my husband's birthday. While we had heard how fantastic this property was and how kid friendly it was, however our expectations were blown out of the water. The concierge (Amanda) proactively reached out to help us plan the details to ensure our transportation was seamless, the birthday was special and we made the most of the property. Every single person we encountered made us feel spoiled and went above and beyond to ensure our day was going as well as possible. The property is meticulous, the food was great and the beach beautiful. We have already booked a return visit and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous getaway.

Birthday Family Getaway
My family and I went to Grand Cayman in August. I am so happy that I chose this resort. Hands down, a 10 rating from us. From the moment we arrived, we were treated amazing. Nataly checked us in and although our room was not ready, we walked around, ate at Coccoloba and waited until around 3:30pm when the room was finally ready. We were exhausted. Although we had a nice room, I wish we would have been offered a complimentary room upgrade as the resort really did not appear so full, but we were not. Maybe next time. The resort is immaculate, the food amazing and the worker incredible. From the doormen, to housekeeping, front desk, pool towel guys, etc., everyone was just great. One person that stands out and I must mention is Laszlo, the morning manager at Ave. This man could not do enough for us. He epitomizes the title of manager. The resort is so lucky to have him. Another person that stood out was Mo from the towel hut at the pool and beach. He was so attentive and so nice. Another gem for the resort. We did not encounter one bad meal during our stay. The Library is top notch, such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. My husband said he had the best Old Fashion there. We also went into town and ate at Pepper's (totally recommend) and Ragazzi (totally recommend) My birthday was amazing, we did the Stingray tour and it was a once in a lifetime experience. All in all an unforgettable trip and we are looking forward to returning soon. The only downside, and I hate to say this - is that in the rooms they stock up the fridge with different things that if you are not paying attention when your bags are dropped off and listen, you will miss the part where they tell you that whatever you take from that fridge, you will be charged for. Now I totally understand being charged for alcohol, but water..? Come on, that's a bit much and that is the only thing that I found negative. Yes, they offer water stations at the pool and beach, plus free sunscreen (total plus), but a person should not have to collect water from these places to bring up to their room. Water in the rooms should not be something a guest has to pay for. Especially since the resort is pretty expensive as is.

Amazing staff! Wish we had stayed longer!
Thank you for a memorable stay at Kimpton Seafire. From the moment we arrived, everything was great, and we really appreciated the warm welcome from your team. We stayed a week and wished we had booked for longer! The room was fantastic, super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. All the little touches and amenities made our stay even better. A big thanks to everyone who helped make my visit so enjoyable. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out. You have some superb staff including Daisy and Julian in housekeeping, Uxia, Renee, Musa and Brandon out front and Nico, Joyce and Jad in the restaurant, Chef Mariyano at breakfast and Nick by the pool! The highlight of the stay was the spa experience! Anna on spa reception was amazing and able to guide us on what treatments were right for us. My first treatment was so good I booked 2 more!!

Cayman Excellence!
Love this place! Great resort, excellent staff. Can't say enough about the service - top notch. Greeted by concierge (M.J.) with a glass of wine and escorted to our suite. Mary Jane was excellent and made our dinner reservations, offered excursion info, local info, etc.... and handled various other items throughout our trip. The resort was top notch. We had a huge 1 BR suite with a big balcony and a Gulf / Pool view. It was even better than the pictures. Poolside service was on point. The main and beach restaurants were great... food and drinks where very good. Would definitely return! Highly recommend.

Outstanding property
This is a Fantastic hotel with wonderful Staff. Jessica at the front desk helped us get a very nice room at check in. Our room was not ready so she offered us a free glass of champagne while we waited. It was a short wait. The drinks at the bar are insane. They put so much time and effort to create a story for each of their specialty drinks. I'm well traveled and this bar had the most incredible drinks I have ever enjoyed. The bartender Max, has to be the best bartender I've ever encountered. Everyone must try at least one specialty drink. Mary Jane the Concierge was wonderful and very helpful. The food is outstanding. The beach is fantastic. Easily my favorite hotel in the Cayman Islands.
