Red Sail at Kimpton - one of the things that makes it the best hotel on Grand Cayman.
High praise and kudos to Sr. Aslhey Alonso at Red Sail. He went above and beyond to help me have a wonderful experience on a Hobie wave. He is a master at giving directions for sailing conditions. The Kimpton is a wonderful hotel and it is staff members like Sr. Alonso that make it so special.

Simply amazing
We went here on our honeymoon this year in April and had the time our lives! It’s such a beautiful hotel with amazing service. Carlo was very kind and the handwritten notes were a nice touch. The food was amazing and we could have just a sat the pool all day. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a great time. -Charles & Amber Hall-

Excellence in service, cleanliness. Had a great experience!
The service at this hotel is 5 Star all the way. Check in for us was fast and no issues there. We were greeted upon arrival with a smile and friendly demeanor. Everyone who you encounter that is employed at the hotel is friendly, and not a fake friendly either like you see at some hotels that seem forced. Genuine people work here. The room itself was extremely clean (not even a sign of dust or anything anywhere) So housekeeping did a great job. We had the king premium with oceanfront and it was everything we expected, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The hotel was well kept. The beach is Seven Mile beach so anyone who knows about been to Grand Cayman knows about it and knows it for its excellent temperature waters, shades of blue and soft sand. The beach in front of hotel is good for swimmers and non swimmers and water is calm. The pool is expansive enough and service was high level. Overall its what you expect when you stay at a Kimpton, more than the hotel itself its the service and staff that make it a 5 star experience. They are very friendly, anything you want to do on the island or on the water can be arranged by them without any hassle on your end. It makes for a stress free, relaxing vacation. HIGHLY recommended.

A 5 Star experience we won't forget!
Kimpton Seafire is a 5 Star Resort and it definitely delivered a 5 Star experience during our recent stay here. A beautiful location right on 7 Mile Beach with a huge pool area and plenty of water sports available. From check in to check out we were treated by friendly, personable and thoughtful staff everywhere in the Resort. Check in was quick and easy and our room facing the beach was large with every amenity I could imagine. Beautiful sunsets! Ave breakfast buffet is huge and the omelet bar was a daily favorite. Plenty of selection for every taste. Avecita restaurant is a full service restaurant and the menu included a favorite seafood of mine, halibut, which was excellently prepared. My husband loved the pork chop main course he ordered, which was huge! Our server, Brillliant, took good care of us, attentive but not intrusive. She explained many menu items that we asked about and patiently waiting while we decided. Lots of water sports are included in the daily resort fee. Kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, etc. Wi-fi was good, even at the beach. Be aware that taxis on the island may or may not take credit cards, so be sure to ask. We found that the cost to and from a local pub was different each way. Some attractions and tours do offer shuttle pick up so ask the concierge for more information. Guest service at the Seafire were so attentive, big thanks to Uxia, Mandy, Dana, Laszlo, and countless others who were so kind to us. Nothing but good memories of a wonderful vacation!

Excellent Cayman Beach Resort
Second visit here and we loved it again. We had good sized connecting rooms with balconies (which could use lighting). Service is excellent, breakfast is an incredibly varied and ample buffet (if you so choose). Coffee is available gratis from 6-10, which is a nice option. The gym is being renovated, but the temporary space was fine, with enough machines and options. The beach is magnificent and there is also a beautiful pool area. No actual swim up bar though. Two good on-site restaurants. Twenty minutes to the airport and several good restaurants close by.
