Great check in experience
The front desk associate, Kiana, is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, attentive, and professional. She explained the housing guidelines to us and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure chatting with her, and I’m so glad to have been assisted by her.

Great Associate— Kiana
The start of our journey wasn’t very smooth—delayed flights, a payment system issue caused by the bank that led to a failed room reservation, and almost missing our restaurant reservation…... By the time we dragged our weary bodies to the front desk to check in, Kiana’s warm demeanor and professional introduction brought us great relief. She arranged a comfortable room for us, allowing us to finally rest well and end the day on a perfect note. She is an excellent staff member, and we truly appreciate her assistance.

Nickel & Dimed
The resort fees are over $50 but I cannot understand what it includes. I tried to borrow a wine opener and they "don't offer that service" and I was redirected to purchase one from the convenience store. Have you seen this place? There is nothing convenient about finding a store to purchase one here. Higher resort fees but fewer services. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious but even coffee creamer and sugar has to be purchased from the mini bar 😳 $22 for 4 coffee pods for the keurig machine with cream & sugar.

Too Many Disappointments
We were Caesar's Palace as Vegas for 2 nights primarily to attend the Adele show (fabulous!!). There were some highs but it's the lows that left a net negative impression. After arriving at the hotel's main entrance, good luck figuring out where to check in. There are no signs and no one to ask. Another guest told us to go to the left to the check in lobby. Like most of Las Vegas, our room was pricey. It was spacious but tired. The $56 per day resort fee gets you internet--free at Motel 6, as is in room coffee which is nearly $24 at Caesar's. (You wouldn't know that as there was no mini-bar price list.) The room was missing a hair dryer, the iron, and the ironing board. The bed was great, though. The first day we were out for 6 hours and returned to find our room had not been cleaned. We did find a half-eaten cup of yogurt on the dresser--apparently left by the mini-bar service people. I was using a wheelchair as I'm awaiting hip surgery. We made our way to a hotel restaurant following route instructions from the front desk, but there were stairs. A the sign next to the house phone said to call security for assistance in accessing the elevator. We called but no one came. We sought an alternate route but got a bit lost. A custodian saw us and kindly offered to help. He actually escorted us to a spot where we had a straight shot to where we were headed. There are some very nice employees at Caesar's! The night of the Adele concert we'd booked dinner at Stanton Social at 6pm, giving us plenty of time for dinner before the show at 8. Or so we thought. We arrived at 6 and were told we'd have to wait 15 minutes--no reason, no apologies, just wait. At 6:20 my wife camped out at the hostess stand until they would give us a table. We were seated at 6:30. I'd brought a special wine from home. I'd called in advance the check the corkage charge--$50, which is ridiculously high, but I was prepared to pay it. At the restaurant, the server tells me it's $75! I asked to speak to the manager. To his credit, he was very polite and aware we'd been inconvenienced by the delay in seating and he kindly waived the corkage fee. Situation resolved. At the concert, the ushers tagged my wheelchair and told us where to pick it up after the show. Show over, no wheelchair. They all hunted for it but no luck. After an hour+ with some very nice but un-empowered staff who weren't sure what to do, the entertainment manager showed up and she was clearly a decion maker. The hotel's wheelchairs were quite similar to mine so she said to just take one, eliminating our concerns about navigating back to our room and at the airport the next day. Problem solved! Just took a while. End of story? Not quite. We get home and the next day I see a nearly $300 charge to my credit card from Caesar's. Unlike normal hotels, Caesar's doesn't follow up TV checkout with an emailed copy of your bill. You have to go through the web site and ask for one. I did, and it arrived quickly. It showed the resort fees, plus the surprise $24 for the coffee. But it also charged m $163 for Le Chemin, which I googled and found out was champagne. I recall seeing the fancy gold bottle on the dresser. But we never consumed it and the charge is bogus. I tried to call, but it was impossible to reach a person other than in reservations so I had to submit an on-line protest. We'll see what happen. I would definitely not stay at Caesar's Palace for our next trip to Las Vegas.
