Las Brisa is perfect. I've been here many times. The waitstaff is superb and whoever trains them deserves commendation. The beach is perfect if you like to play in the waves. The food is very good. The only thing I don't like at Las Brisa are the scratchy towels.

Everything promised, very satisfied, and even got to see College Football Championship in Lobby Bar. Thank you!
FIRST TIME EVER AT A HOTEL that we got a room upgrade that is always used as a "teaser" for a VIP customer but is always "never available" anywhere we go. We got a beautiful suite on the top floor and the promised discount on food and drinks. The view was beautiful, and. the breakfast was included on a private floor for adults only. Super service, and we will return without hesitation.

Beautiful sunset and dinner
The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! The perfect place to watch the sunset! Our server, Martin, was kind and always there with whatever we needed. The food was cooked perfectly, will definitely make it here anytime we visit Ixtapa. (Also it is very clean and great bathrooms).

spa is excellent, however there tradeoffs
crisol gave me one of the best massages i’ve ever had! however, i don’t recommend the all-inclusive, as you will find better dining options in zihua. i also don’t recommend if you are someone who enjoys a good drink. they use sour mix instead of fresh citrus. air conditioner in room works only half the time. when you tip, cash is greatly preferred by the staff. i get the sense that management does not pass through tips left on cards
