staff was great no complaints the facility the. room were clean but food was terrible and no place to enjoy a cigar or a bar the will have a place for that the access to the beach very difficult the have no activities or music like the experience I had in las Brisas Huatulco

I loved the hotel! It is a very rustic but refined place at the same time. I did the breakfast included but not the all-inclusive because i dont eat that much, and I wanted to explore the place thru dinners outside the hotel. Breakfast is very complete and it has fruits, juices, eggs, meat, chicken and a chef island for the omelets etc. The beach is kind of rough to swim but still good to get some sun. Margarito is amazing, and he takes care of all your drinks on the beach side. I also went to the spa twice, and perla has amazing therapeutic hands, and she will not disappoint you. In a nut shell I will come back!! Oh I love that every room balcony has an amazing view and a hammock for lounging!!

This is our third Thanksgiving week we spend here and it was disappointing. The food’s quality, taste and variety has deteriorated, the elevator to the beach didn’t work, the amenities and rooms are not well kept and clean and the music by other guests on the beach make it less than peaceful. The Spa is a good experience and the therapists are very good.

Would stay here again
Very nice room. Excellent service! My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. The beach is clean and easy to get to. The pool is excellent and well taken care of. All the staff are very good. The prices are excellent much cheaper than other places and better service.

It was fantastic. Absolutely perfect way to relax
the spa is beautiful and well maintained. I’ve had two massages and a facial this week. And my husband has one massage. Today I had Crystal as my massage therapist. She also did not facial. Both the deep tissue massage and the facial were both top notch!
