We had a great time. The event staff were friendly and very accommodating. Aurelio took time for pickelball lessons. The casino night was very fun. Loved aerobics. Need more dance parties. Need more chairs in the common area.

insufficient sitting chairs on beach, food slightly less varied than recent years. paid for room with balcony and ocean view. got room with no balcony and garden view, replacement room had NO view but a balcony, convention used whole beach for their activities and loud music from 9 am till 2pm even though activities only took 2 hours, the beach was closed even though other resorts had sailboats out and the port authority had opened again ,more chairs and tables required on pool deck for evening entertainment, asked arlo about loud music on beach. he said if you have a complaint see the concierge, they said to fill out the survey. I have been to this resort for 18 years and have always felt like I was coming home. I was welcomed and felt appreciated by the staff. This year there was a massive turnover of staff and even though they did their job, they didn't have that little extra that made you feel welcome. It seemed to me that the management was more concerned with the bottom line dollar than making long term guests feel welcome.

One of the best vacations ever!!!
The pool guys, entertainment crew ,are fantastic, out of this world!!!! Very, very, very, very good. Made our vacation of two weeks the best!!!

The location is out of date. No elevators or escalator. Building are on a hillside.. many many stairs. There are golf carts you can call, but still a lot of stairs. If you have mobility issues I don't recommend this place. Rooms were spacious but required update. Food i would rate 2.5/5 was hit or miss Sometimes good other times not so good. Beaches and pool 3.8/5 Great beaches, decent pools. Could definitely handle more deck chairs and shade. I would not return because food was not great, not a mobility impaired ( bad knees) destination.

Hotel is great a bit dated but clean, we had junior king room so it was huge with balcony, 167 steps tothe middle beach or take a hotel shuttle going all the time, drinks as expected, service at the beach constant and fast, "ala carte" experience very solid,10+ tennis and picleball courts, hotel needs improvement in entertainment sector especially at evening, more Mexican music
