Great dinner at Bali with Kris N as our server. Enjoyed the Kampache and Mo Chong especially. Kris was delightful and made our birthday celebration a special evening. Loved the property and the three day stay in the Hilton Waikiki resort.

Appreciation for Marcel B
This is my first time on the island and on the resort. I wanted to give shoutout to Marcel B for the excellent service as well as being super friendly ! She has a wonderful personality that you don’t find in most places and she made me feel very comfortable during my stay ! She’s a keeper ❤️

Absolutely do not go here. No heat, no blankets, no cover sheet, ice machine, broken, check for conventions two hour wait for lunch 20 to 30 minutes for an elevator 10 minute ride from the 34th floor to the ground floor. Refused to honor my points with Hilton club claiming I made reservations elsewhere showed them conversation still had battle. Very rude service attendants at Pool bar Ask if there is a convention because they won’t tell you that they cannot serve the number of guests they have. Overpriced price gouging even for Hawaiian prices. $10,000 for two weeks a complete rip off That 10 grand was just for the two rooms

Beautiful hotel near the beach.
Beautiful hotel by beach. Checking in was chaotic and inefficient taking approx 2 hours to complete however once we were checked in the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Food, shops, the beach, pool are all within walking distance.
