This hotel was the best stay ever. From the moment we got picked up from the airport. The hotel smells so amazing as soon as you walk in. The food, rooms, pool and gym was amazing. I want to give a shout out to Tdee, Nikita, Chloe, Marleen and the entire staff!

Professional and clean hotel in Belize City
Wonderful staff, very professional and helpful. Clean, newly renovated rooms and kitted out gym. Restaurant had a lot of options and the airport shuttle was very helpful. Great stay for a business trip overall. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Lovely place to stay in the young country of Belize. Alert, helpful and professional staff.
Lovely hotel. Staff and concierge were helpful and followed up with our questions and concerns. Good location to walk different parts of Belize City. I would stay here again for sure. I highly recommend the balcony rooms, the morning breeze will rock your world.

Great hotel, would recommend
This hotel is lovely, modern and has a great restaurant, The service in the restaurant is impeccable. The only critique I would have is, their checkin is at 3:00 PM and it would be so nice if they tried a tiny bit harder to accommodate early arrivals and even could charge for a 1/2 day for late checkout, as there are a lot of travelers who utilize this hotel, or use before an after boarding the Aggressor's. Also, for the price of the hotel, it would be great if the airport shuttle was free as an added amenity. Otherwise, great place, clean rooms, can't say enough positive things. Would stay again.

Perfect layover
We had a perfect stay at Fort George Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and each room had a deck overlooking the pool. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the food at the restaurant was fantastic (especially the breakfast pastries). Taxis were easily arranged to the airport. We felt very safe at the hotel with security guards posted in front, but the surrounding area is a bit dicey. We were advised by our taxi driver not to walk in the neighborhood after 4pm and he was right. Nearby restaurants had private security and fences, and there are not many attractions in the immediate area.
