We had a good time at the pool and lazy river while we waited on our room to be ready. Unfortunately it took an hour to get some drinks by the pool and another hour to get our food. The shining star of our stay was Robert! He helped us with holding our luggage and was the friendliest, most reassuring staff member we met. He told us that once we were our room things would get better and he was right! The room as phenomenal! We had dinner at the Ocean 2000 at the resort and it was beyond our expectations! We are coming back Friday after our Disney cruise and can’t wait!

OK hotel but not amazing
It’s always a OK stay, good value for the price, but the beach had no towels and the pool closed before 6 (kicking us out) so that doesn’t leave very much time for some checking in to enjoy the amenities. Also I’ve stayed many times and never have they allowed for us to do extended checkout until 12pm which most all hotels do. It’s overall fine though vs other options in the area.

Had I great time. Celebrated my 53rd anniversary with my wife. Been coming here for years and always have a wonderful time. Staff is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Joshua at the valet is such an asset to you resort. Will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful hotel and professional staff
My fiance and I planned a mini getaway to celebrate our recent engagement. This resort was top notch when it came on to customer service! All the staff was friendly and professional. Alberto, our server, was phenomenally attentive and made us feel very special. The meals at both restaurants were delicious. The cocktails during happy hour were well made and refreshing. We reserved a suite with ocean view and it did not disappoint! It was spacious, nicely cleaned, amazing view, and we had a lovely bowl of fruit for our welcome amenity. We are chase credit card members so we also were able to indulge in additional perks at the hotel which made our time there extra special. I would recommend this location for people looking for a beautiful, laid back vibe that’s centrally located to various activities in Ft. Lauderdale.

Great service from Tony
Tony was just as good as the pork chop :). He did an excellent job taking care of us. The risotto was excellent too. Very nice view on the porch overlooking the ocean. Live music was a nice added bonus. Make sure you tip more than the house takes. !
