Awesome hotel
Mary was a very nice and helpful and always had a great attitude with a smile on her face. She was flexible with the time rather that meant resecheding cleaning times or whatever the case may of been. Very nice

Stayed 5 nights here for business. The hotel is nice, with a swimming pool and jacuzzi (didn't try either, however), shops and restaurants on-site. Staff is courteous and worked with me to resolve a couple things. First, the room they gave me with partial ocean view was fine until the third day when a VERY noisy family checked in to the room next to me and a kid would often try to open the adjoining door between my room and theirs. I immediately asked for a new room, preferably one that didn't have an adjoining door and the Staff promptly moved me into a new room. Thank you! Second, the basic, free wi-fi was not conducive to the online work I had to do so I was given the next level up of wi-fi for free. Thank you again. Room it self was fine. Clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. I liked the free, reusable water bottles that came with the room. Parking not included and super expensive. Valet-only, as well. Good luck trying to find any street parking in the area. Location is great if you like it a little quieter given it's off the main strip by a couple blocks. Access to beach at the rear of the hotel.
