Excellent Low Key Vacation
My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and we were thrilled with our experience. We stayed in the Reserve and had an amazing concierge, Juliet. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made a point of personally speaking to us every day to ensure that we had everything we needed. Although there are plenty of activities, there’s no pressure to participate, which we appreciated. We did go to the wine tasting event, at Alain’s suggestion - he was in charge of the pool activities like aerobics, volleyball, and other games - and we had a great time. Ricardo and Ramon were very knowledgeable about wines and had a nice assortment to try, along with snacks you enhance the experience. The food was also delicious, every restaurant was fantastic. We went to Cielo, Sante, Agua Marina, Tokimeku and Sal. We went to Sante every morning for breakfast and it was perfect, there’s nothing like drinking a mimosa and looking at the sparkling ocean water to start your day. If you enjoy a more relaxed, adults only atmosphere, I really can’t recommend this enough.

Almost ruined our Anniversary
To Chaxxiraxi Mendez, I find it interesting that you would ask for my feedback after the visit, but did not want to engage me at check-in when "America" (feel free to redact this person's name) was unable to provide us with any reasonable solutions when our King size room at the Reserve was not available. We asked specifically to speak to "the/a manager" and no one at your level was ever brought into the process. I am pretty sure you will provide a legal department approved "canned" response to this but it's not necessary and won't change the lasting "first impression" we now have! However, no thanks to you or "America" (feel free to redact), I can tell you that the rest of our stay, apart from food poisoning, was made to be exceptional as the result of the following: Diego: He is one of the most calming, professional, detail oriented, expedient, proactive and attentive members of a Concierge staff I have encountered over the years of travel Christina: Although she was not assigned to my wife and I, she helped me with everything from finding medicine for my wife's headache, getting currency in smaller amounts (tiene cambio) repeatedly, and more things than I can recall, all while being one of the most pleasant and genuine members of your staff that I had the pleasure of meeting. Pedro: Waiter in Cielo. HE made the most important impact. After a horrendous check-in and an exhausting day of travel, and without him being aware, HE set the tone for what we hoped our experience would be like. Thanks to him and Armando!!! Servando!!!: The man with the pool plan! If you want to have success in every area of your resort, I suggest you ask Servando what he does and do it, follow Servando and see what he does, and CLONE Servando or at the very least have him train your Reserve greeting team(twice if they don't get it)!!! I have to also mention the Jesus at the pool, he was all over the place taking care of us, Veronica, Jazmin and Pedro were also fantastic. The Restaurant Staff: Malva - Inside Malva there is a server who wears glasses and his brother works there, he started me on the te de manzanilla after the food poisoning and I can't thank him enough!! Malva - Manuel, who served us on our last day, made a lasting impression and was very personable and helpful. We wish we had met him earlier in the trip! Sante - Ada (day in and day out she was consistent and available) and on a personal note, my wife and I believe she worked some of the longest days and it never slowed her down in being pleasant (you may want to have her and Servando help with that training I suggested). Tokimeku - Rafael was superb and we were impressed with his service. The Reserve - Young bartender who repeatedly helped me with (tiene cambio) when the desk was either out of cash or waiting for the delivery. Other Staff: Bellman: Freddy and Moises: In and out and in and out and consistent and and helpful and much appreciated. The entrance greeter with Drinks: She was technically the first impression and she made an extremely pleasant one. I was simply too exhausted to recall her name...but thanks to her as well! So, to answer the question as to whether or not I would recommend your hotel, the answer is Not Likely However if the question is would I recommend your staff, the answer is (with the one exception noted above) ABSOLUTELY! You'll probably delete this part, BUT, I recommend that future guests book the least expensive room possible so that they can give even more gratuities directly to the staff because THEY DESERVE IT!!!

Review of Hotel
Our stay at Paradisus Cabo San Lucas began with a few bumps, but what truly sets this resort apart is how those issues were handled—and exceeded—by the incredible staff. We are a group of four adults, with one guest requiring a strict dairy-free diet, which can sometimes be challenging at an all-inclusive resort. Early on, the Food & Beverage Manager, Salvador, personally came to speak with us. He genuinely wanted our feedback and took the time to fully understand what wasn’t working and how our experience could be improved. Salvador went above and beyond by personally introducing us to the Executive Chef, who then helped us navigate and implement a dairy-free diet seamlessly across all of the resort’s restaurants. From that point on, dining was completely stress-free, thoughtful, and delicious. In addition, our concierge Fernando was absolutely wonderful. He and Salvador consistently checked in with us, followed up on details, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their kindness, attentiveness, and proactive approach made us feel truly cared for—not just as guests, but as individuals. Thanks to Salvador and Fernando, the remainder of our stay was enjoyable, relaxing, and completely hassle-free. Their professionalism and warmth transformed our experience and left a lasting impression. This level of service is what true hospitality looks like. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to return to Paradisus Cabo San Lucas. The place is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and appreciative and can’t do enough for you.
