Truly Magical Stay at the Outrigger Waikiki We stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki to renew our vows, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The location is perfect – right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our stay special. We loved the activities, especially making leis and bracelets and learning the hula – such wonderful touches that gave us a real sense of Hawaiian culture. The food was delicious, and every meal came with a view you’ll never forget. It was the perfect setting for our vow renewal – beautiful, heartfelt, and filled with aloha spirit. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.

I received an insect bite the night of September 27th, while sleeping at the Outrigger Hotel. This was our first night at the hotel. Later that day, I noticed that my knee was the size of a baseball, and red infection spreading. My wife told me that we needed to go to the Urgent Care, which we did. They confirmed that it was an insect bite, and put me on an antibiotic for 5 days.. The rest of my stay at the hotel was a nightmare, from Sunday through Friday, until we flew home. We were not able to do all the fun things planned, and had to spend most of the days in our room, resting and elevating my knee. Since that time on September 27th, I have incurred the following cost below from doctors, pharmacy, lab work, and a specialist Ortho appointment. Find somewhere else to stay because no one will take the ownership at this hotel.

Judy is the best!
Judy was so accommodating and sweet. She said hi to us every morning and afternoon and wished us a good day. If we needed something, she got it for us right away. She took the time to learn our names and brought a smile to Our face each day. We missed her on her day off— it didn’t feel the same.

We love the location, views, beach, food and shopping options at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort! The staff is always friendly and service is great. However, the rooms and décor are extremely outdated. Based on our oceanfront stays at this property and neighboring islands, the rooms are underwhelming compared to other resorts within the price range. The rooms should be renovated to reflect the cost and other outstanding features at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.

Amazing!
This is by far the Best Hotel/Resort for us. Location is great, rooms and services are amazing. Mae from front desk helped us alot, she gave us the Best room view as well.
