For Passengers Traveling to Cancun for Departures
August 3, 2005 Onward
In an effort to ensure a memorable
and safe vacation experience, some hotels are not accepting new arrivals until hotel
conditions meet acceptable standards. For a
complete and up-to-date status of hotels, please click on one of the
destination links below. Hotel updates
provided in the following links are current and as accurate as possible under
the circumstances. Hotels listed as operational may or may not have items in
full service at this time. We have listed any specific items reported to us
directly by the hotel or our local ground services.

Hotel Update For
the latest official report from the Cozumel Hotel Association, click

At times like this, accurate information is critical, so please be aware that when we release information about affected resorts in this area, we are endeavoring to be sure that the information released is 100 percent accurate and up-to-date.
If you are booked at any of the hotels not
accepting new arrivals, we regret the hotel may be unable to secure alternate
hotel accommodations. It may therefore be necessary for you to re-book your
vacation for an alternate date.
For travelers who
booked a hotel that is open and accepting new passengers:
USA3000 Airlines and
other Apple Charter Flights are currently on schedule. For
USA3000’s latest flight schedule go to www.usa3000.com.
Regular Fair
Trade Contract applies for those passengers who choose to cancel their vacation.
For those travelers booked via other scheduled airlines, please refer to the
complete list of
scheduled airline policies.
For passengers who
booked a hotel that is not accepting new arrivals during their scheduled
vacation:
1.
Passengers choosing to re-book their
vacation:
a) must cancel and re-book prior to scheduled
flight’s original departure
b) new
travel date must originate on or before December 15, 2005 on USA3000 Airlines
or Apple Charter Flights; blackout dates apply for arrivals November 18-24,
2005
2. Passengers
re-booking the same vacation will have all monies transferred and their rate
protected - no increases will be collected. There will be no Apple penalties or
cancellation fees.
3. Passengers
who are changing destination, departure city, airline, hotel or duration will
be charged the new package price. Price differences will be collected or refunded
(made in the original form of payment).
4.
Passengers choosing to cancel their
vacation:
If traveling on USA3000 and other Apple Charter
Flights, Apple Vacations will refund the full cost of your vacation in vacation
certificates good through December 15, 2006. Some blackout restrictions apply. For
travelers booked via other scheduled airlines or with land only packages,
Fair Trade Contract applies.

Passengers that were Scheduled for
Travel to Cancun on Apple-Scheduled Vacation
Flights on USA3000 or Charter Flights to Cancun on July 17 and 18:
Those who were scheduled to
travel on Apple-scheduled vacation flights via USA3000 or charter flights from any
gateway may re-book their same trip at no additional cost under the following
guidelines:
a)
must book the re-scheduled trip by July 22, 2005
b)
travel must originate on or before September 30, 2005
Passengers booking the same vacation will have their rate protected - no
increases will be collected or refunds issued. Passengers who are changing
destination, departure city, hotels or duration will be charged the new package
price.
