THE HOTEL IS MORE OF A MOTEL. THE HOTEL IS OUTDATED AND IN NEED OF A REFRESH. THE STAFF WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FRONT DESK AND MAIDS ARE UNHELPFUL AND LOOK AS IF THEY ARE UNHAPPY. THE BEACH IS MARGINAL AND UNKEMPT THEY RARELY CLEAN THE CHAISE LOUNGES AND THERE IS GARBAGE LITTERED AROUND THEM. THE TOWELS ARE IN LOW SUPPLY AND ARE DISGUSTINGLY OLD AND STAINED. THE FOOD... ASIDE FROM BREAKFAST IS DISGUSTING AND ALMOST INEDIBLE. THE A LA Carte RESTAURANTS ARE NOT MUCH BETTER. THE ALCOHOL AT THE BAR IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL AND BEYOND CHEAP. THEY SERVE YOUR DRINK IN REUSEABLE 10 OZ CUPS SO THE DRINKS ARE MIXED OUT OF PROPORTIONS. GUESTS ALSO HAVE TO WAIT ON LINE FOR FOOD WITH STAFF WHO ARE MAKING SPECIAL REQUESTS AND GETTING WAY BETTER FOOD.

We had a great stay and would recommend this resort to others. Would of like to had more than one bar open on the resort. Would have liked the Pool to remain open til 9pm. Over all a good stay.

Together with my friend we stayed for a week in this resort to start our holiday. We shouldn't have. Almost all the food that is served here tastes off - different than it should. It led for me to one week of stomach flu. Besides that the rooms feel very empty and dated. Fortunately they were clean though. The beach is the best part of the resort. My recommendation - go to eat somewhere in the city and have a drink at some of the nice beach bars a small 15 minute walk along the beach. So much more value for money, and the people are friendlier too!

Expectations, high!!

Wow!! What a week we had, I wasn't sure going there but I fell in love with the place. Went with 2 teens (17 yr olds) we had the all together room, we had requested an above ground, and got a first floor, they switched us the second day. It's not modern at all but it was clean and beds were comfy. The waves were unreal, if you like wave pools you will love it, bring a boogie board or floatie, I wish we had. Pool was nice too. You can be as active or as lazy as you want for the week, they had plenty of games and activities to keep you busy the entire time if you like. We played and did some things. The shows at night were very good. The animation crew were so friendly, these people made our trip, honestly!! Mellina, Michael/Marcos (he was the funny guy) Raillyn, Carla, Camil, and last but not least Christopher, he was the first one we got to know, these people have very big careersWow!! The people have very good English, and super people, I would move to Dominican, Even the airport people were so nice, I know unheard of. The weather was amazing when we were there. The food was a bit repetitive and got a bit boring but didn't go hungry. All in all, a great week, completely recommend it.

Excellent stay and my wife and I enjoyed this hotel. Check in was fast and pleasant. The bartenders and waiters were excellent and never complained- very wonderful service. Food was good, cooks amazing at the buffet, and 2 a la carte restaurants that we tried were tasty- Mexican and Italian. Bar service was fast and the entertainers were amazing- the best part of this resort and our vacation. We enjoyed chatting and participating in their various activities and games. We walked into the town of Cabarete and loved the one night of Jazz Festival. Since we flew through Santo Domingo airport, that was a long 3 and half hour drive though the mountains. But overall the vacation could not be beat for quality and enjoyment!

Worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been to quite a few all inclusive resorts, including 4 others in dominican, and this one is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. A few nice hotels are just down the beach. Rooms are old and dirty, furniture and towels are stained. Food options and very limited and hours of operation for restaurants are very limited. Most of the time when I’m hungry everything is closed, and there’s literally nothing to even snack on. And I’m not talking strange hours, I’m talking 11:30am. Not a hot dog, not some fries, just nothing you can get anywhere for hours. There’s a snack bar listed on their site and maps, and that’s just not there. It’s a lie. So much for all inclusive. Drinks are also super limited and very low quality. No mimosas or bloody Mary’s or anything. No drink service on the beach. This resort is very low end, not is a rip off and does not measure up to any other place I’ve been to (in similar price range). Also, if you want ocean view room, prepare to listen to music blasting till 1am every night. Beach and pool areas are ok.
