I had the pleasure of staying at this property twice and there is good reason for that... wehn its nice you do it twice. The property is small quiet and top end. the staff are very attentive and helpful. They know you by your name and very helpful. The room are exactly as adverstised, comfortable bedding and bespoke fixtures and fittings. The property is on nice stretch of beach and has a nice pool aswell. ( Anthony and Rashad) the bartenders are the best bartenders you can ask for and lets not talk bout the food ( its to die for) your taste buds will explode with flavour ( do ask for the Paynes Bay Breakfast). Overall my trip was nothing short of excellent. i will definitely be returning.

My Wife and I arrived at the newly renovated hotel (end of March) not knowing what to expect as we had only booked at the last minute. It's an absolute "gem" everything you want is within 30 metres the bar .the restaurant.the pool .the beach ! If you want a holiday of total relaxation this is the one ! The Staff are superb .(Lisa you run a well organised and motivated crew) Akeisha especially on the front desk cannot do enough to help with any queries or concierge requests you may have . It was our wedding Anniversary whilst we where there and they organised a private dinner upon the beach for me whilst managing to keep it a complete surprise to my wife, another nice touch is the happy hour from 4pm until 5pm followed by the sunset hour of free cocktails on the beachside from 5pm until 6pm then surprise surprise ,when you return from dinner either inside at the" tapestry (which serves really good food) or from eating outside they have another happy hour from 10pm until 11pm so they have not only created a very social atmosphere for the guests of the 35 suites but they have also helped you avoid a massive drinks Bill at the end of the holiday , In Conclusion this hotel impressed us that much we arrived home upon the Friday ,unpacked and then we rebooked to return in October on the Monday . Well done to everyone concerned from the designers of the refurbishment through to the management of elegant hotels who chose and trained the superb management team , Money well spent!

If you prefer the refined aspects of life then this hotel certainly ticks all the boxes. We stayed at Treasure Beach for a week in February and this hotel and its staff are simply brilliant. After searching the west coast of Barbados for a small, luxury ocean side hotel that offers fine dining, complete relaxation and excellent service, we were totally satisfied with Treasure Beach. We found the staff extremely friendly and welcoming and the personal attention is as best you can find in any 5 star boutique hotel. The management were exceptional and I can only thank them all for making our holiday a truly memorable experience. Our 3rd floor suit was well appointed and as best you can find on the Island, with breathtaking views to the turquoise Caribbean, and literally 30 meters to the beach. Well maintained maid service twice daily meant our room was immaculately clean at all time and personal waiter service to our sun beds was just part of the efforts made to ensure our days were completely enjoyable. We have stayed in many 5 star luxury hotels around the world and Treasure beach has to be one of the best. Recent refurbishments by the Elegance group makes this hotel truly special plus having the opportunity to share the facilities and services from the other Elegance group hotels provides all that you may need from a Barbados beach holiday. This small hotel is very refined and we will most certainly return again next year.

Treasure Beach is a great hotel. The staff are so lovely and helpful and really make you feel at home. The food is good - particularly breakfast, the cocktails are yummy and the rooms are beautifully appointed. We went to a different elegant hotel for the second half of our holiday but wished we had stayed at Treasure the entire time - it’s our new favourite hotel on the west coast.

An absolute gem

We have been regular visitors to Barbados for almost 40 years, staying at a number of hotels on the island, all with their special characteristics. However our recent 15 day stay at Treasure Beach counts as probably the most enjoyable of them all. It is a small, adults only, boutique hotel with just 35 suites (sitting room and bedroom). As such it will attract those who want a quieter, more intimate resort – mature couples, honeymooners and those who seek a level of personal attention which never goes over the top. The layout of Treasure Beach means that none of the suites are far from any of the facilities. We had a ground floor, garden room at the rear of the hotel but even then had a view of the sea and were just yards from the restaurant, bar, swimming pool and beach side terrace that fronts onto the superb Paynes Bay beach. The suites themselves are well equipped and decorated in subtle pastel shades. There are SMART TV’s in the sitting room and bedroom, a sizeable bathroom, coffee making machine and comfortable beds. Guest information is provided by an interactive tablet which details al the hotel's amenities, meals and options at other hotel in the Elegant Group. Breakfast is provided for all guests (a meal plan is also available) which, in addition to a buffet bar, includes a selection of omelettes, crepes, eggs Benedict, local fish, English breakfast etc all freshly cooked to order. A specially printed daily newspaper is also presented to guests. The Tapestry restaurant offers a satisfying choice of lighter meals at lunchtime and well prepared, a la carte meals in the evening including the signature Chef’s Palette menu and BBQ. The only themed evening that misses the mark is the Tapas menu which ought really to remain the preserve of Spain. The Batik bar is an integral part of the restaurant, as is the Wine Cellar where tastings and cooking demonstrations are held. But what makes Treasure Beach stand-out are the extras touches. Each guest staying a minimum of 5 nights on a bed and breakfast basis receives a complimentary Chefs Menu evening meal. Ice creams and treats are delivered to the sunbeds during the day, a complimentary tour to Art Galleries on the island is included and a complimentary water taxi plies its way during the day visiting other hotels in the Elegant group including Waves, Tamarind and the Colony Club. But probably the most enjoyable ‘treat’ is the Sundowner Hour dispensed from a beachside table between 5 and 6 each evening. The Sundowner features a different theme each evening (Rum, Gin, Sours, Sangria, Martinis and Wine and Cheese etc) and is a convivial get-together for the guests to watch the stunning sunsets off the West Coast. There is a plentiful supply of well upholstered sunbeds and umbrellas, both beach front and alongside the swimming pool. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Treasure Beach. It is a hotel that may not suit those who want a ‘full-on’ array of features, activities and entertainment, although there is a well- equipped water sports centre for those into sailing or a craft to explore the reef that lies just off the beach at the adjoining Tamarind. However, for those wanting a friendly, laid-back atmosphere, exceptional staff and comfortable accommodation in a prime location, Treasure Beach certainly ticks all the boxes. It's a gem of a hotel and we can't wait to return!
