The most amazing friendliest staff and service we've ever received at any island we've been to in the carribean. We never go to the same island twice we've been to 12 different islands and Cayman island Ritz Carlton is by far #1 on my list to visit over and over again....we felt like we were royalty at every inch of the hotel which ever way we turned.

Wonderful family trip to the Ritz Grand Cayman

We had a wonderful time at the Ritz Grand Cayman with our family of 5! At first I was overwhelmed by the crowds but other than the chairs obstructing the ocean view, I can't complain that the crowds affected us at all!! It is definitely a family resort with lots of children around. The club level was amazing!! They more than accommodated my daughter's food allergies and also accommodated my older sons who love kids food!! I always try to stay club level and I would say this is the best club level I have experienced. A huge shout out to Florin who was one of the managers at the club. All the help in the club were friendly and helpful. Andra and Sabu went out of their way to help us feel at home. My older sons enjoyed chatting with both of them and learned alot about them. They were wonderful!!! We will definitely come again!!

Just got back from a five day stay at the RC Cayman Islands. We opted for a club level room with club access. The club was located on the Resort side- which is great since we had our 3 year old with us and wanted a short walk to the club, waterpark and Ritz kids. The staff at the club was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and went out of their way to help us find food to eat. My very picky son also really enjoyed the chicken tenders off the kids menu in the club. The only down side to the whole trip was housekeeping. The hotel was sold out- so housekeeping was running behind and did not leave the room clean, with amenities and bed made up for my son. Had to call a few times. We will be returning! Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the club for all your help this trip!

Fantastic Property and Extremely well run.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Ritz Carlton. I can’t say enough positive things about this property. As Marriott Platinum members, we were thanked for our loyalty by two very special gestures. The first was a complementary breakfast buffet each morning at their Adiamo’s Restaurant. I believe this was a special accommodation for the holiday week. The second Platinum benefit was a complementary champagne toast at their New Year’s Eve Beach party with private cabana seating the entire night. The Beach Party was complementary for all guests and was spectacular with a DJ, dancing and extensive midnight fireworks. Last year, we stayed at the Ritz in Aruba and they had a similar New Year’s beach party, however many guests complained that there was a $100 fee /guest to enter and thought management was greedy considering the already high holiday guest room prices. I can’t imagine the management/owners of this hotel would ever consider charging guests for a beach party. This Ritz Carlton is top tier in class. As for our room, it was beautiful and spacious. It was across the street from the beach, however with the cleverly designed walkway bridge to the beach tower we never felt like we were in a different building. The walkway is filled with stunning Caribbean artwork and seamlessly connects the 2 towers. The walk was less than 5 minutes. The hotel is extremely well run as the entire staff is well educated in hospitality and strives to make guests relaxed and comfortable. A special thanks to Pat, our turn down service staff person. And Natalie, our head room cleaner, thank you for always anticipating our needs. We already booked The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman for the holidays next year. Thank you to Hermes the hotel manager, for the early booking and all the special Platinum benefits. Hermes was always around, willing to help with guests needs. There was no stress for guests or staff even during the busy holiday week. Fabulous experience!

While our stay at the Ritz in GC was wonderful, I just had to give a special shout out to the Housekeeping staff who serviced our rooms. Jane (Head housekeeper) and Rochelle (our daily housekeeper) went above and beyond to help us. My young daughter lost her beloved Blanky in the sheets that went for cleaning. These ladies searched through all of the days Laundry to find a small, rag-like piece of blanket to save the day! The following day, my son was carrying a bag of souvenirs back to our room, when he bag broke and he lost my new “corkcicle” water bottle. Guess who found it and brought it back to us? Jane! Thank you SO much for making our stay so memorable. I truly did not think we would see our items again.
