Wonderful in every way!

My daugjhter and I just returned from this resort. We could not have chosen a better place to relax and enjoy the sun and everything else that was offered. We thought the food was very good, employees friendly and gracious, room was spotless, grounds were always in top shape and overall there just are no negatives in our minds. We never had to get up early to get a sun chair either at the beach or around the pool. Loved the book exchange available near the towel exchange area. We would choose this resort again in a heartbeat!! You just cannot go wrong.

Paid for 5 stars and got 3

Entertainment staff was the best of the stay. The hotel was nice, but not as clean as I expected: Toilet had stains and we found a huge cockroach in our bedroom. Finally the alcohol was the cheapest you could bought. And you didn't have the option to at least pay for the "brand". I've wasted my money.

Good value. Good place. Food was good, service is good, all around relaxing. Games and entertainment are good as well. Close to Playa Del Carmen too. Walked every morning into town for coffee too. Had access to the Tequila and one other resort with our stay which was nice.

Great! But far too much food and fun in the sun!

This is a great get away for couples. The all inclusive is top shelf and the food is extraordinary. I went their and walked 8-10 miles each day. Hit the gym 3 times and in over the course of 8 days managed to pack on 8-9 pounds. It's been a week back home and I dropped most of it. But the food was awesome. If you like to drink a lot this is your destination. I am not a drinker but there were plenty of people that were. Cocktails night and day. Plus the 4 bottles of liquor and stocked fridge in your room makes for a non-stop potential of partying. The swimming pools are clean and kept daily and the hotel staff is amazing. Their attention to detail is amazing and the hours they put in is tremendous. The entertainment is enjoyable as well. They do their best o put on a decent show. I suggest that you remember to bring plenty of singles for tipping. I believe in tipping at every meal, each drink order, towel exchange, and other service. If you realized how much the average hotel worker makes you will do the same. Tipping makes up the largest percentage of their income. The cab's are also superb. I actually lost my new pixel phone in the cab and noted it minutes after I walked out into Playa Del Carmen (City) the cab central staff in town quickly sent out an all-points-bulletin and let me know that they would likely track it down. I assumed it was a lost effort with a $600 phone out and about. But the honesty in the group was impeccable. They tracked my phone down and returned it within 25-30 minutes after I lost it. I handsomely rewarded the taxi coordinator and the especially the cabby who returned it. I was more concerned about the info than the phone itself. The rooms are very spacious. The wi-fi in the common areas is free. The room is not. Most services prices outside of the inclusive package are comparable to +25% of USA prices. Great trip to Cozumel on a ferry from the city is $16 round trip for 2. 30-40 minutes each way and great snorkeling on the island. Plan ahead though so that you have a clue as to where you will snorkel. We zipped to Paradise Beach which is nice(especially for families). But the coral at Paradise has been pretty much decimated. There are other great waterfronts that have beautiful coral. We saw some starfish, sting-rays, small barracuda and miscellaneous fish while there. The beach front is great. Well kept and cleaned evening and morning.

Incredible stay !

We cannot say enough great things about this resort. As I work for a well respected historical hotel back home, I can honestly attest to the amazing service we received the entire week . From the moment we checked in Alex at the front desk was incredibly nice and very helpful. He deffinitely got our vacation off to a perfect start and throughout the week anything we needed he was more than happy to help with. The entire property, from the rooms to each restaurant, bar area and fitness centre were kept spotlessly clean with staff continuously working hard every second of the day. The folks at the resort kept things lively from morning until night, providing entertainment, games and even fitness classes on the beach ! Something to please anyone and everyone ! We ate at each restaurant and we're not dissaponted. Everything was fresh and flavourful and there was always tuns to choose from. The guys at the pool bar were always upbeat, friendly and made fantastic mojitos, making it too easy to kick back and relax for hours on end listening to music and enjoying the great atmosphere. We were sure to visit the beach everyday and we're happy to find it was never an issue getting beach chairs. The beach was kept clean with a lifeguard on site and was never too crowded. As it was my birthday over the week, my boyfriend treated me to a massage in the cute little hut on the beach. The massage therapist was very professional and did a great job ! All in all, it was an incredible stay and leaving it behind was very difficult. However I can say for certain we look forward to our next trip and would recommend this resort to anyone. If your lucky enough to enjoy a stay at this resort be sure to ask for Alex and tell him Jessica sent you ! :p Thank you Alex and everyone for an unforgettable week under the sun!!
