Some inconvinience
JERRY T.
Aug 04 2012
When doing reservations, there was no flight code to confirm flights. I tried airline and booking number but was unsuccessful. I had to call apple to get flight code or confirmation number to check in. Arriving at airport in Cabo , the pick up person w Apple Vacation sign was pleasant but when he checked reservation he had us going to Pueblo Bonito Rose. It was a little unease since it was our first time in Cabo. After making phone calls he got the approval to transport us to Pueblo Bonito Sunset. Almost as if it was an inconvinience to them. Checking into hotel was normal but the room was limited with ocean view. Staying at a 5 star I would of thought to get a better room, especialy since I got all inclusive. I was offered an upgrade for a fee. Other than that , the other and final problem that pertains to apple is that when it was time to leave I had a difficult time getting picked up. Again with the Rose hotel. Because on their record thats where I was staying. Even though on my itinarary it was Sunset. Hotel concierge helped as much as they could but in the end I had to pay for my transportation.

Awful vacation

When I arrived at the airport in Shreveport was informed I did not have a seat on the flight from Houston to Cabo. My mom switched with me and spent the night in Houston Airport and paid for a room in Cabo which she didn't get to enjoy which was also through you and then after arriving the next day her room was not ready. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Pueblo Bonito lives up to the name. I would not want to stay any where else if it is not Pueblo Bonito. I had never experienced quality customer service in a resort until our stay at Pueblo Bonito. Just amazing place, the food is great, you would fall in love with the place.

Felix at the main pool was the best!

My husband and I spent a lot of our time at the main pool. We always tried to get a chair in Felix section because he was so kind and we always had a drink! Felix we canโ€™t wait to come back in December and see you! Thank you for making our vacation so amazing! ๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒบโ˜€๏ธ

Based on a friend's recommendation, we visited here in late May 2018. We had a wonderful time. The staff as well as the guests were the friendliest of any resort we've ever stayed at. Several deserve special mention - Francisco at Aquabar 17, Brissmar at La Chocoleteria, and finally Ari and Stevie in the Sales group, were all attentive, gracious and very helpful. The restaurants and bars were plentiful, and the food was excellent. La Frida was outstanding, Tazuma was good even though we don't eat sushi. The buffet at La Nao as well as the sit-down Bistro were also wonderful. The Marketplace was also an excellent place for lunch. Getting into town via shuttle or a taxi (we tried both) was convenient. We found the main pool to be crowded and people used towels to reserve chairs starting before breakfast. The sky pool was also crowded. However, there was plenty of seating available at the other pools. Our favorite was the adults only pool. The bar and food service at the pools was also outstanding. We stayed in Bldg 18, 4th floor, and loved the location... next to the kids & adult pools, and close to the lobby/main bldg. The room and balcony were very large and very clean, although the furniture was a bit plain. The ocean views and weather were amazing. When we weren't close enough to walk, getting around the resort via the carts wasn't bad at all. The aggressive sales people can get on your nerves, but we went to the sales pitch on our first morning, and were able to politely say no thanks after that. All in all, we loved this resort and we will definitely be back. To borrow a line from the movie Field of Dreams... "Is this heaven? No, it's Cabo."

Amazing resort!

We booked four junior suites (seven people) but were upgraded to two 2-bedroom suites by Geovanny at the reservation desk. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Geovanny! Great food. Private location with no beach vendors.

Spent a week here and am looking forward to taking another week. I wasn't even gone from the resort before I started making plans to go back. Every suite has an ocean view. The food was wonderful, and I was very happy with the assortment of choices. There are several pools, all with very attentive waitstaff. The golf cart transportation was unexpected, but absolutely wonderful. One particular driver, Roman, was perhaps the kindest and most caring person that I have run across while traveling. Kudos to the resort's management staff for doing such a wonderful job.
