SIP SIP HOORAY TO ANOTHER PERFECT STAY

SIP SIP HOORAY TO A PERFECT STAY Had a PERFECT 7th return stay last week and can't compliment the wonderful staff enough. Not sure how it could even be possible for any of them to be any nicer - more accommodating- caring- outgoing- professional- I consider them my 2nd family. There has been several nice updates to the hotel such as new seats and covers to the outdoor bar (nice touch with the covers on the new seat/stumps) as well as an added roped off deck area on one side of the bar with tables/chairs.. . A few little added touches for glasses and music storage in the outdoor bar too. There is a nice overhang now in the open air restaurant that used to have a thatched over hang...so now if it rains the rain will run out of the restaurant and not onto the tables closest to the beach area. There are nice chairs/tables and umbrellas poolside as well. It is nice touches like these made each year that keeps the quaint charm of the Playa Azul Hotel. So nice each year to return to family faces - repeat visitors we see each year. Just the amount of repeat visitors each year is a great testimony to this great hotel. Why would anyone need to look elsewhere.. The quality of the food and drink is always top notch. The drinks are always fresh and flavorful. The wait staff continues to excel year after year... There is never a day that goes by where you aren't greeted with a big smile and if your lucky with a great big hug too... It is always such a treat to come up to the room each day and find a clean room and the pretty towel art and flowers the housekeepers leave for you. The beds being turned down each evening is a great touch too... What more can one ask for to make a perfect hotel stay- So thank you to all who made my/our stay another memorable one. Looking forward to a 2 week return visit next year... Hurry up March '20... and thank you to: Eleazor, the front desk staff- Luis, Carlos, Angel, Sergio, Juan, Rueben, Eduardo, Kermit, Darwin, Felipe, Ivan and Mercedes for making the week beyond perfect... Love you all. Until we embrace again...have a healthy and happy year ahead.

Wonderful Vacation!

We loved our week at Playa Azul! It was quiet and relaxing. The manager and staff members were so kind, helpful, and professional! The hotel was very clean. The food and drinks were fantastic! We can't wait to go back there! Loved it!

We recently stayed for two weeks at Playa Azul. This is probably our 20th visit to Playa Azul. The food, service and golf was exceptional as always. Dollar for dollar you can not beat Playa Azul. The hotel is a $5.00 taxi ride to the golf course and downtown. Playa Azul's beach is spectacular and is easily accessible to all hotel rooms, restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and welcoming. There is a wide variety of food and is fresh. There is an on duty chef that will accommodate most orders and see that all guests have a pleasant dinning experience. The staff is friendly and makes you feel as though you are family. They know your name and have a high standard of customer service. The golf course is just down the road and is expectational. Golf is part of your stay and package and is an great value. I have recommended Playa Azul to several friends and family members. The ones who go, always return. I will continue to spend my vacations at Play Azul and will continue to recommend it.

Great place to stay especially if you golf. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Location is great in that it is a little outside of downtown but within an easy cab ride or you can walk if need be. The golf course is beautiful and in good condition but bring a lot of balls because if it goes out of bounds, you are not going in after it. Guests of the Playa Azul pay cart fees only ($32 US in January) When we were there the resort was full but it did not seem crowded and there was plenty of room at the beach and around the pool, restaurant and bar. Just a great relaxing trip.

Absolutely an awesome experience
