Average hotel. Average food. The beach is nice, almost private. The service is excellent and the waitress are always asking for refill the cups. I don't like the staff is always asking to give us talks about theirs timeshare vacations plans.

I am greatly disappointed with this all inclusive hotel. Where to begin, a family with children with disability we’re not respected nor welcomed in this facility. They charge their clients at the price they see the family fit. If they notice your from outside of Mexico they charge you more, well that makes sense, by they don’t have a standard nor they inform you what they will charge. They charged a child under the age of 18 the price of an adult above they age of 18. They did this simply by looking at you and not believing regardless of the government documentation. They do not even respect their fellow Mexican citizens as well. They charge rates above what they say. Simply corrupt, this is the only hotel I have not felt safe, and not at home. I have been in another hotel in ixtapa before, it was called las brisas, wow that hotel is the one of many great experience I had in Mexico in which felt undescriable in which I felt at home, safe, relaxed and welcomed. As an American and Mexican family with Children with disability’s Park royal is not the hotel to be. I DO NO RECOMMEND IT. All they care about is your money 💰

Just returned from staying at this resort. It is a really nice resort on a beautiful beach! The resort was "extremely clean" which was very nice. We had maid service daily and they included little "Towel characters" each day like you get on a cruise ship. The buffet for Lunch and Dinner are exceptional with fresh fish available cooked to your liking each day for lunch. Of coarse there were other foods to choose from as well. I loved that they had a variety of fresh salads, ceviche and fruits to choose from each day as well. They also have an Italian Restaurant, which you have to make reservations for. There is also a snack bar available all afternoon that grills hamburgers hotdogs and pizza so there is always food available. We were a little surprise and disappointed that they allow children to sit at the swim up bar. It was difficult to ever get a seat because they were usually occupied by minors! But you could always get a drink be it in the pool, lobby bar, beach bar or restaurant. They even wait on you if your are on the beach. The service was very nice. Our room was exceptional and had a 180 degree view up and down the entire beach. We would defiantly stay here again. Don't miss out on lunch on the beach and shopping in Zehuatanejo, the sunset Cruise on the catamaran "Picante" and beach day and snorkeling on the Island of Ixtapa (this was especially nice!).
