A short experience in Acapulco staying in Park Royal. Good Service. Very clean. Not much variety in the food (lunch and dinner). I recommend for a short stay. What I NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, is get the advice to get the timeshare with them. I took it and it was terrible. I felt stolen. I just recommend the hotel to stay. Not to buy a timeshare

Nice Hotel with amazing view.

We decide to go to Acapulco for a 3 days trip, we choose Royal Park because its all included (the food in the hotel was very good with plenty of options) the hotel is nice with amazing view, the pool is also nice, only negative is the ac is not fantastic, it never goes below 24 degree celsius in the room and the old safe in the room was broken, my room #2052 was also very small.

We ask for a room separate one for me and my nice that was her birthday and one for my sister and her husband they give us one room all together they call it studio. Then we have to request an extra bed. Everyone on the waters and waiters are nice except the park royal staff I went there and talk to them everyday and they never fix the problem on moving us to other room, the food sucks and the hotel doesn’t have ac on any restaurant or lobby so you can’t be on the social areas with not been hot. I am attaching a picture below.

This hotel was beautiful, built it seemed into the cliffs each lever (22) had a different view of the bay. The water in the bay was very calm so you could go to the attached beach and swim. In trips to Cancun the ocean waves are so strong it is not recommended to swim. Our room was very nice we had a Studio with an Ocean and Pool view. The double bed was a bit tight a queen would be better. As a headboard they had a very unique shell design with a light behind. Very Romantic. The Food was nice, a lot of variety at the Buffet and the Italian Restaurant made the best Lasagna. Our only complaint was the A/C was not working in any of the Restaurants or the Lobby. So it was very hot while eating meals. The pool and swim up bar were great, there was a kids pool also with water toys for them to play with. We had a wonderful time.

Great family oriented resort, variety of food with lots of snacks/lunch options. Great pool bar, nice friendly personnel. Amazing view to the ocean with private beach. Very pleased with our vacation here will definitely consider this resort again.
