The rooms nice, the food delicious and the beach/pool were a treat! We brought a group of 25 kids and the stay impacted them. Everyone was very happy with the rooms, everyone left satisfied after the meals and in between everyone enjoyed themselves! Above all else, the service from the hotel was more than accommodating, we are very grateful and would return soon!

Avoid at all costs

Somehow this resort holds RCI Gold Crown status but goodness knows why. We stayed Christmas week at grossly inflated All Inclusive prices. The only difference was a Christmas meal on Christmas Eve which to be fair they did quite well in the Italian Restaurant we were able to eat in after 1 hour queuing to obtain a reservation. Queuing was the norm with many meals requiring a 15 minute wait before being seated. The main restaurant is like a school canteen. Incredibly noisy with a poor standard of cuisine although it does change daily. The Fish restaurant is open at lunchtime and the quality of food and service varies considerably. At best it can be good as happened on a day we did an internal survey. Normally however, it was satisfactory to poor. The Italian Restaurant is your best bet in the evening to avoid the noise of the self service. The menu is however, the same every day. The drinks are of low quality and mixers are made from concentrate. If you don't drink alcohol the choices are dire. The main bar in the lobby serves drinks in a plastic cup!! That is understandable by the pool but not there. The furniture here is old and stained. The whole site is initially very confusing and we were given a map which you couldn't read. The trip to reception took 10 minutes from our room. If you want a cup of tea or coffee that is what is required as there are no facilities in your room. The site is on a north facing hill do you never get sun on your balcony and the whole site is in shade by about 4.30pm including the beach. The buildings are getting dated with very poor air conditioning. The units on top of each block make a constant loud hum wich is audible in your room continually. Within the room the unit worked ok although it dropped water onto the floor. The views across the bay are good. The beach was small but swimming was safe and there appeared to be a good range of activities on offer for those wishing to participate. It was difficult to find the resort as signage was poor.

I love this Hotel!!!

Wow! Everything about this hotel was awesome! The room was very clean. I had an amazing view. The hotel location was very convenient and the private beach was a plus. I felt like a movie start. Personnel was very nice and kind. I would definitely come back again on my next weekend gateaway.

Great for an easy weekend away

Great location in Acapulco, having a private beach is lovely. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable. Buffet is good. Enjoyed the beach volleyball. If you want an easy holiday all inclusive is the way to go.

It's a trap! - Club membership

The place is OK, their buffets include really good dishes, BUT, the RCI personnel will haunt you like a bad disease to get you to acquire the membership. They'll even turn any basic demand into a pre-condition to force you into listening to their endless preaching... really annoying!!!
