Do not get room under the restaurant with standing shower. I fell and injured my back in the shower stall. The restaurant staff is inconsiderate to occupants in the rooms beneath the restaurant. We were constantly awaken by their disruptive noise every morning. Overall, the room we were in was great, especially the view. Next time I would be more interested in safety and quietness. Some of the staff members need training in professional customer service. The porters are more professional than some of the staff members at the reception desk. The staff at the hotel also need to be more considerate to occupants at mornings and try to keep their noise level down. The room we stayed in was well maintained and the service lady was professional. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and the breakfast was always good but the portions were inconsistently smaller everyday. The johnnycakes are awesome! The room with the patio is awesome too overlooking Port Zante and Mt. Liamigua, only thing it was located under the restaurant and it had no tub and had a fall prone shower stall. After the restaurant is closed the area is very peaceful and quiet. I love the security measures that are in place at the gate entrance. Thd gym is better than most gyms regarding equipment but be prepared to boil as you work out. This can be a good and a bad thing...The AC in the gym sucks and from the minute you enter the gym you get hot. So if working out does not make you sweat then you sure will by just being in the gym doing nothing. However, compared to other hotels even here in the US it has a lot of machines and weights and not just the standard treadmill and elliptical machine. Parking can be a problem depending on what is taking place at the hotel during the day time but normally late at night it is average. We only had problems in the day time at least just two times but it was not that bad. The staff is normally very visible especially the porters at the entrance. There is one of them who was always very friendly and helpful and he knew us by name which was a plus.

Two weeks of business travel using Ocean Terrace

I was in Ocean Terrace for two weeks on business and found the facility to be better than expected. The food was very good. The service and room care were very good. Local travel was facilitated by competent personnel with a caring demeanor. The Cable TV was less than in the States and was the only disappointment for my entire visit.

Amazing place awesome service

My lady and I visited OTI for the 2018 music fest. We booked Thursday to Monday. Booked via phone confirm via email. The staff was with me the whole way long before I arrived. When arrived at the Hotel from the front of the house guy to the front desk ladies everyone was amazing. We was happy with our room 203. The view was private enough for us. We ate the first day at the (fish trap) the salt fish and spicy plantains was a hit) - Lunch finish at 2pm, but being polite and having understanding chefs can help to get you something if you Walked it right when they are closing. (FYI) to enjoy lunch by getting there in an appropriate time. OTI is just perfectly close and far from the Village or town. It’s really is a nice location after being out throughout St.kittis and return to after. I personally would stay OTI again besides the bit of money you will save you can could put that into more beers or sugar cane 😁.

Great hotel. Clean, and relaxing. Amazing views of the ocean. Friendly and very professional staff. The chef is outstanding. I can't wait to go back. I will strongly recommend it. The hotel is not on the beach but the view of the ocean is superb.
