This is a beautiful facility located at a most scenic location overlooking the cruise ship pier, the ocean and a breathtaking view of Nevis. The layout of the hotel is unique and attractive. Additionally, rooms are spacious and suited for business travelers. The conference room is well placed and provides easy access or connection to the rooms. This hotel is located within five to seven minutes from the airport. Although it is reasonably close to the airport the environment is very quit

Welcome rum punch! Beautiful view! Convenient location! We truly wished we could've stayed here longer. There room wasn't exactly what we were hoping for (lacking a tub from the description we originally booked under). Everything else about Ocean Terrace Inn made up for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. Umbrellas were readily available as it did down pour upon our arrival and the next morning. I will be staying longer next time I'm in St. Kitts.

Worst customer service ever.

Maybe a 3 star maximum, well maintained Hotel and one of the worst customer service do I get in the past years. First: at check in; they inform me my payment with my reservation doesn't go trough? I pay two rooms two months ahead before arrive, the payment who doesn't go through was their reservation partnership (Like Priceline, etc) and they never contact them, so they have a reservation with no payment from their partnership internet hotel reservations wholesaler and never contact them for two months..mmmmm? Until I arrive and I contact their partnership not them, so after 40/50 min was resolve (by me by the way). Second: They don't honour the kind of room do I reserve and pay (Seaview with private balcony) and they said sorry we don't have one and are fully booked (What? also I don't see more than 4 couples around all the time) and give the cheapest room in all the hotel. View to nowhere and 0 privacy on their way of everybody and cristal wall dark room you can t open the curtains only if you want the like apparel store. So they never say don't worry we can return the difference of the rate, or I can compensate with something or nothing. I was there for business but just imagine if Im there with my family for vacations and get that hole for room??? Nightmare. I get a late check out because I ask for them , the people at the reception doesn't have any idea what are they doing there, but is not their fault (maybe) they need training, the fault is from their manager or supervisor all they can say was: let me ask the manager, but the manager never show-up even for the big big favor to have a little late check out they said: let me ask the manager ??????? common every hotel can do that or deny at the moment. I don't know who is the manager or supervisor but never introduce me or apology for all the inconvenient; was there because at the end I assume somebody approve. The bar at the pool close at 5:30 pm and only live the restaurant- bar open (restaurant is outside and need to cross a dark street). Last day I have one hour to swim before go to the airport and the pool towels are at the room but not in my room. So 40 min later ad two calls I get my towel. Good. Some hotels have local taxes and are not included on the reservation cost, thats normal but also is normal to be inform that on your reservation, in this case not. So they charge an extra tax and is no way to see if thats true or not, no big deal but they saw my reservation cost one and other time and other, so I don't know if the charge for the taxes is true or take advantage of me. One of our rooms the open cards doesn't work because the battery dead, ok thats normal the problem was the time do they take to open the door; at the end we don't know how long take because we decide to go out for the day before somebody show at the door to fixed (30 in later). and more and more and more... Let see what is the reply of the company do we use for reservations... The hotel have view to the sea but is NOT at the sea. If you looking good service or customer service, good luck here.

Some issue were found this time:- Food is not good at Fisherman's WHARF, the menu is the same for lunch and dinner and the fish I ask was not cooked well, was raw...- Amenities at the room are not good, soap and shampoo are the same...- I asked to the receptionist to fix the soap dispensers, they didn't fix them...

OTI St Kitts - well worth a visit!

Lovely quiet hotel which is unusual as their are many rooms at the Ocean Terrace Inn but they are well spread. The location is within easy access to the capital and the rest of the island. Food is really very good and the views across to Basseterre are excellent. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
