Hotel was perfectly situated on the beach with an amazing sunset! Hotel staff was very friendly! Need more staff and the pool bar. Lobby bar is good but small. It is within walking distance from the town although it's very hot but a taxi ride is very cheap!

Beautiful location right on the beach. Extremely friendly staff that is responsive to every need. rooms are very clean and have all essentials. Food at the buffet is quite bland but quality is good. Ala Cart Restaurant very good! Quality of the alcohol is not good but we are not huge can get better quality alcohol for an extra charge. We had a couple issues with our air conditioner and had a light go out and the staff was very responsive. Wi-Fi is not good and is an extra charge. Overall, we would definitely go back though as the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

We stayed for Christmas with our teenage daughters. Thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach. Beautiful setting. It was amazing being able to see iguanas and monkeys hang around the property. Food needs to improve.

If you do not speak Spanish, do not stay here.

Resort caters to Spanish speaking people. Virtually no one spoke English. Fine dining is a joke, you will go out hungry. variety of food and quality was above average, Bar had only one blender, so if you wanted a blender drink, your only option was a Pina' Colata.

Had a good time

Overall, we had a good time there. The food was pretty good for all inclusive. We loved the bartender, Edwin, and the restaurant staff. They were always friendly and hard working. The room smelled a little sour when we arrived but did improve every day. There was a squealing sound from the pool equipment near our room that was never fixed, even though we asked several times. We met some great friends while there. We will probably go back, in large part due to Edwin and the great staff. The location was nice next to a pretty deserted area where you could walk next to the beach.
