Amazing destination

We loved the resort. By far the best beach on the island with plenty of room to spread out. This is a small resort with no karaoke or blaring music late at night like some of the other resorts. The rooms are comfortable and the food was fantastic. We ate most dinners at Ike's Bistro the dishes are unique with a presentation to match. The staff at the restaurants, bar and hotel are warm and you cant help but be yourself and be comfortable. We cannot wait to go back.

Excellent location for romance, quiet uncrowded and beautiful beach. Above average level of service and friendliness of staff, rooms are updated and modern but are small and typical of older hotel/motel. We paid an extra $200/nite for Ocean view, a waste of money-it's only a partial because of the layout.

We stayed for a week. Quiet and relaxing. The beach is large, beautiful and not crowded. The staff aims to please - Henry and Sebastian were awesome. The rooms are nice. The only thing that could be better is a larger balcony.

Awesome beach, great Hotel .

Stayed at Manchebo for the first time in February. We had never stayed in Aruba before, just visited it while on cruises. This is an outstanding resort, it has a great beach, excellent resturants, and their staff is outstanding. This is a small hotel but they offer all the facilities you would see at larger resorts, resturants, spa, gym etc. wifi was included and it reaches the beach for those who need that access. We ate at all their on site resturants and always had an excellent meal and service. Their beach is longer and deeper than the other resorts along eagle beach so you don't have someone sitting on top of you. Great beach for waking, sunning and swimming, water is clear and no rocks to contend with. It's located a short walk from a small mall that has several resturants ( even a dunkin donuts and a subway) a grocery store and several other shops as well as a casino. We ware going back next year, the only regret you will have is that you did not stay long enough.

We started our vacation with the Terrawave Yoga class - an introduction to SUP-type of yoga on dry land without the fear of falling off the board into the water. It was an amazing hour of stretching and strengthening overlooking the beach. It was a perfect way for us to "get in the moment" and focus on relaxing on vacation. We did not stay at Manchebo Resort, but their extensive yoga choices each week are open to all. The grounds are well-kept, and it is a small resort with a laid-back atmosphere (and without the daily mad rush for beach palapas). We will definitely explore their lodging options when planning a return trip to Aruba.

Sadly returned home a few days ago from a fantastic stay at Manchebo. The staff was the utmost professionals we have ever encountered. From the first day upon arrival to the very last minute, they were there to assist. At the front desk, great folk, especially Yankee fan Henri, he knows his baseball, very little about the Red Sox. Breakfast at Ikes was just okay, I would suggest going a la carte. Dinner at Ikes..well what can I say, food was fantastic and Stephanie was the most enjoyable person at Manchebos. Great personality and a smile brighter than the sun. Gotta love her!! Rooms at Manchebo are small in comparison to other places we have stayed. The beach, absolutely the very best. Miles of beach to walk, always room to sun bathe and when you put the orange flag in the sand, Alexandria comes along and takes your order. This young lady puts on a of miles and I am sure she is exhausted, but always has this great professional way about her. Ana, our housekeeper, also receives our thanks, super job. My only complaint about the resort was the pool area. The pool itself is very clean, but it seems the area around the pool needs to be power washed. All in all, we would like to thank the ENTIRE crew at Manchebo for making our stay so very enjoyable and we hope to visit you all again next year.

Friendly staff

Had an overall great experience. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Harold at the front desk was exceptional and made sure we were very well taken care of. The restaurants on site are very good also.
