What a great place to relax. If you are hunting for excitement this is not the place for you. Best beach on the island. Many older couples.

We loved the resort. By far the best beach on the island with plenty of room to spread out. This is a small resort with no karaoke or blaring music late at night like some of the other resorts. The rooms are comfortable and the food was fantastic. We ate most dinners at Ike's Bistro the dishes are unique with a presentation to match. The staff at the restaurants, bar and hotel are warm and you cant help but be yourself and be comfortable. We cannot wait to go back.

Excellent location for romance, quiet uncrowded and beautiful beach. Above average level of service and friendliness of staff, rooms are updated and modern but are small and typical of older hotel/motel. We paid an extra $200/nite for Ocean view, a waste of money-it's only a partial because of the layout.

This property has the most beautiful beach and excellent staff, making our Aruba vacation unforgettable. We loved the fact that it is only a two-story, so no elevator is involved. The ambience of the entire property is quiet, elegant and relaxing. We looked forward to our breakfast every day as the food was fresh and delicious. Ada and Diana were so accommodating and welcoming with coffee and ice water at the ready in addition to yummy smoothies. The palapas were spaced so as to enjoy the beach without feeling crowded. Josuel joyously provides chairs and special towels for the day, laughing and singing his way through his work day. Alejandra is such a smiley, happy beach server. We loved talking to her and observed that she gladly provides drinks and food no matter time of day. Ignacio loves his job serving at the Pega Pega which has excellent fish tacos and skewered chicken bites. The Chophouse had fabulous lamb chops and grouper. If you go, you must try an island favorite called keshi yena. Yoga or Pilates were available every day In a beautiful open pavilion located within view of the ocean. The instructors I experienced were adept and friendly as I was a first timer. We fully intended to experience the island on a few day trips, but we enjoyed the hotel property so much that we rarely left during the nine days we were there. Thank you, Edgar and Agnes, for fielding our questions and comments. You are most gracious. We will be back!

Absolutely Amazing...Book it, Now!

The Staff here are what truly make the experience 5 star. From the moment you arrive (gratis drink and cool cloths) an easy check in, you know instantly that you chose the right “home away from home.” Beginning with Mejida, especially helpful with getting us where and when we wanted to be. So lovely! Debbie, was that friendly, pro-active professional that knew how to make things right when we hit a “blip” in our visit. Tamara, so outgoing and personable while maintaining a professional demeanor. You made our first visit so very special.. surprising our family with our Arrival ( and Ada.. helping us get a video to share stateside) Your attention to detail later in the week..in helping us surprise and celebrate my dads birthday at Ike’s was Superb!! 5 Star Soup: his absolute favorite, ( thank you Chef!) and the strawberry cake was the Most delicious cake we have Ever eaten. The presentation was simply Spectacular! As was typical, All the food at Ike’s was Perfection! My dad has been coming here for years always regaling the family with myriad stories of the resort, people, food, beach, bar, pool, location.. everything! Well, they say father knows best.. and apparently he does! The resort is beautiful, the people staffed here are top notch. Each and every employee we encountered worked together to enhance the Entire experience. What an Amazing example of teamwork, Bravo! The yoga classes, well equipped gym, the gorgeous infinity edge pool, amazing Eagle beach location...perfect. And then Josuel who greeted us warmly and set us up under the beach Palapa ( flag included, lol)setting the loungers/covers and chairs to enjoy each wonderful Aruba day. This is a beautiful, tranquil, resort located within walking distance of several shops, food, and a casino...in the low rise district of Eagle Beach. Within minutes of the much busier/hectic( family geared) high rise area. Lovely to visit but you ll be even happier when you return home to Manchebo. We enjoyed Each of their highly rated onsite restaurants ( reviewed separately) We ll certainly be returning. Recommend... Enjoy!!

This is a low key place with the most beautiful beach I have ever been on. It isn't crowded and there is no problem getting a chair every morning. It isn't fancy but the service is impeccable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants are great and the beach service is as well. Alejandra is the best! We will definitely be back next yer.

Quiet place to recoup after a harsh winter.

This low rise resort was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, warmth, comfort. Our room on the ground floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed very much the patio with our room. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our requests. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices fresh fruit, a chef to cook an omelette, cheese, etc. We had several dinners at Ike’s Bistro and found the food and the service was excellent. This is the best beach on this stretch of Aruba. The white sandy beach was a very pleasant place to relax and never felt crowded. The chairs and the huts protected us from the sun and allowed for privacy. There were many extras we’ve not experienced in other resorts such as a rack for hanging wet bathing suits, comfortable lounge chairs, towels that looped over the backs of the chairs and thus stayed in place, a small cooler one could take to the beach, hammocks, a bag of snacks for the trip home. The grounds are beautifully kept with grass, flowers, and palm trees so there is lots of wildlife. The excellent spa was worth several visits. My husband swears he had the best massage he’s ever had from Rosa and I had a wonderful facial and pedicure.. I would highly recommend Manchebo if you want a quiet, peaceful holiday.
