The first time I've gone on vacation by myself. Was a great experience. I was able to use the faculties at the two sister hotels. It was great

Little Glitch

When we arrived we were placed in rooms (not suites) at the sister hotel Playa Los Arcos, because they didn't have the Jr Suites we had booked for the first night. We were then put into the Jr Suites the second night. I am not sure the reason and we were a little disappointed that we had to move the second day. But all turned out well and we had a wonderful vacation. we had stayed at the Playa Los Arcos before but with this stay we really enjoyed the Los Arcos Suites. the Suites were by far quieter.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Los ARCOS Suites. The accomodations were simple and comfortable, as they were represented to be. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore the old town area.

Great location, poor pickup service

Hotel was clean but needs updating. Location is the selling point. Apple pickup upon checking out was not available as promised.....had to hire a taxi to the airport. Otherwise a great vacation.

needs some serious updating in the rooms

the furniture in the rooms are old and dark making the room feel old and dark. also the humidity is so heavy in the room. we were brought a dehumidifier upon request that did help to relieve the feeling of being wet. even the sheets felt damp!

Los Arcos Suites - perfect for relaxing!
Dec 16 2012
having only 44 rooms, Los Arcos Suites is perfectly sized. The rooms are very comfortable and there are only 2 types so you do not have to worry about what sort of room you will get. They are both perfectly acceptable, much better than the selection at the main hotel on the beach. Some of the rooms are rented by the month so there is a laid back vibe at this property. Pool does not get much sun but the one directly across the street at their sister hotel is hard to beat for sunning, reading or relaxing with a pleasant breeze most days. I love this hotel and have been using it years and years. Try it and you will be glad you did.

Good middle class facility and service
Dec 04 2012
Have stayed at Los Arcos many times. It is a favorite primarily because of its great location to beach, restaurants, and downtown. Also, close to bus routes. Good service, clean rooms, not fancy but good beach vacation place in the Mexican tradition. Great place to watch the sunsets.

Excellent time with my family at Los Arcos Resort

For the second year in a row, we have returned to enjoy a much-awaited vacation in Puerto Vallarta. From previous experience, we decided to return to Los Arcos Resort to enjoy its beach and facilities. Again we have enjoyed to the fullest and we wished we could have more time to continue enjoying. The food was part of my enjoyable time for its variety and flavor, personally, I do not eat too spicy and the selection was very good for me to try everything. This time we decided to do a family trip, which is always difficult to please everyone especially Mom and kids :) and the whole family was able to enjoy the facilities in its different sections, especially in the pools. Kudos to the Staff, special thanks to Eliud Valdovinos for his attention, Martha Padilla and Luis Miguel from guest's services, very professional team. I love the relaxation area of their pools, it's like experiencing a Spa because of the water temperature and that in other resorts there are not. I will definitely be back on my next vacation or on a short break from work in a long weekend!!

We stayed there for a week and didn’t regret it. The staff were all friendly and the location is the best since it is in the middle of everything so we would just walk around any time of the day since it was also safe.

The worst hotel in Vallarta

The staff is very rude and not willing to accommodate you in any way. I booked at los arcos and was moved to another hotel. The rooms are horrible and the beds are old. Could feel every spring. Never would I stay again! Ohhh and everyone seems to be a manager!

My favorite hotel
Tue Jul 10 23:09:10 EDT 2018
First time I came to PV was in 2008 and I stayed at Marriot Casamagna at Marina area and it was a nice stay but for me the hotel was too far. I tried so many hotels like Sunset hotel and Tropicana hotel. But Los Arcos Suites is my favorite one. Staff are amazing as usual. Cleaning the room is done daily and if you forget to tell them that you don't want your room to be cleaned then they will call you. There are 2 types of rooms: one facing the street (this one is good in summer because air conditioning will be loud enough to prevent noise coming from the street) and the other rooms are the one facing the pool (these are best in winter when you don't use the AC). They did some modification in the room like new TV, new sofa cover, new curtains, new dishes and shower curtain. My suggestion is that they should invest in the air conditioning system like using split units. The AC is very noisy. Oh I forgot to mention that they shifted the safety box to the bedroom (nice move). This hotel (and its sisters hotel namely Casa Dona Susana and Playa Los Arcos) are very very very safe. Through out the years I never faced any problem during my stay. I really owe this hotel a review. last time I stayed was last June-2018 for 5 nights. I already booked a room for new years eve. Thank you all (management and staff) for making my trips to PV so wonderful all these years.

Great place

Apartment, bedroom and big living room with kitchen and place for 3 beds. Daily cleaning beds and apartment. Shower and toilet. Also a nice balcony. Air conditioner separated in 2 rooms. Fridge and television. Safe.
