We have been to a number of resorts in the Cancun and Riveria Maya area and this hotel tops every one of them. There is not one single thing that we could have experienced to make this trip more perfect. When you walk into this hotel, the immediate vibe is that you are in a truly special place. They treat you like royalty anfpd they think of everything so you don't have to. Our every need as far as services were met and even needs that we didn't think that we had . An example would be their turndown service. When you return to your room for the evening, the staff has your room properly lit, the aroma of your choice fills the air, the tv is turned to a soft music with a relaxing visual, bedroom slippers are at each bedside and chocolates as well as water are on the night stands. That is just one example and I could write at least 10 more without giving it much thought at all. We can't wait to go back to again experience the epitome of luxury, stellar service, delicious foods and drink.

Le Blanc was my 2nd all-inclusive resort and my first time in Cancun. I loved every second I spent in Cancun and at Le Blanc. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the food was excellent! The wifi was great. We used our spa resort credits for mani/pedis. We also used our resort credits to take a ferry to Isla Mujeres which resulted in spending the day at Discovery Dolphin Park where you could go swimming with the dolphins or snorkeling. My boyfriend and I chose to wait for the ferry and explore downtown Isla Mujeres. We rented a golf cart and explored the town. We only had a little over an hour which was disappointing. Also going from a place like Le Blanc to the Dolphin Park was like night and day. The red flag was up the entire time of our trip, but that didn't stop us from having an awesome time. I cannot wait to go back to Le Blanc and explore more of Cancun!

Everything about Le Blanc was First Class!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated incredible. The room was beautiful. The food and drinks were amazing. The spa and fitness area are top notch. EVERYTHING was great!! I look forward to going back.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation! The food at the hotel was excellent in all of the restaurants, we had top shelf alcohol, the staff was great... I could go on and on! The beach was beautiful and our view was great! We never had a hard time finding chairs at the pool or at the beach. We had a couples massage and used the spa facilities and they were excellent. All in all a perfect vacation! If I had to complain (which I am not really doing), the hotel next door was a little loud one day when they were having a pool party for the families but it was not a big deal. Also, unless you are really interested, I would skip the time share presentation in the beginning. A very nice firm no will work! You can always find out more information about it at a later time.

Nice Hotel. The only complaint I had was they try to hard sell you to attend a meeting trying to get you to join their "club" to vacation there more often ...not what you want when you are trying to get into your room and start a relaxing vacation.

This is one of the worst vacation I have ever been on. Although there certainly some nice points to this resort. Several unfortunate events have completely overshadowed the experience. My phone was taken from my room on second day. I know it should have been in safe but I guess had I had a false sense of security with the high price tag of the vacation. I had been taking photos in the morning. At around 2pm we decided to step out for lunch, as my phone was dead I placed on either bed or side table. We asked to have maid service from butler while we stepped out. When we returned our room was cleaned and phone was gone. I immeadiatley report and security personnel helped searched my room. It was gone. The head security guard who was completely obnoxious was acting offended I was complaining about my phone going missing and was questioning whether I had ever even had my phone at resort. He asked that I prove my showing photos I had sent to my parents. I was quite offended he was making me prove I ever had my phone. I spent hours searching my room and pleading with security and front end staff to look at security footage to no avail. They didn't care. We decided we didn't want to stay in our room after that incident. We paid another $2000 to upgrade to govenor suite on top floor. It was nice view certainly. But room is extremely dated and tacky furnishings. We tried to salvage the remainder of our trip despite we felt a staff member had stolen from our room. One the second night in this room it rained quite hard while we out for dinner. When we returned to room my husband was making his way to safe and turns out their was a puddle of water that had collected from leaking roof. My husband was injured and badly injured his hip. We had to get a doctor to come to the room and provide cortisone shot and pain killers. We were paying $1000 per night and we have water leaking in the room for heaven sakes. Obv we were beside ourselves, we had to cancel an excursion we had booked because the injury. The next day we asked to be refunded for remainder of our stay and transferred to another hotel. The general manager did oblige and transfer us to moon palace. The female general manager had promised to try and have some credit refunded to sunwing since we were staying in much less of a hotel based on what we had paid. Of course we have not heard from the general manager. In light of the fact my husband was injured, my expectation was some follow up and effort to help to get some partial refund. Not the service you would expect at any resort never I did the most highly rated resort in Cancun. Do not book this hotel, it's a rip off. The one person that was truely exceptional was a Elias at lobby bar. Kind hearted sweet man, who tried to help find my phone by personally contacting the laundry services to make sure it wasn't caught in sheets when our room was turned down. That effort and sincerity made all the difference, and front desk staff and security staff I dealt with were completely uninterested. I really hope nobody goes through what we did, and I hope the hotel has addressed the water leakage problem in this dated hotel. We anticipate this vacation all year and save to treat ourselves to exceptional and to be this disappointed it's just something I don't wish on any other traveller.

So much to say about a great resort. The ambiance, the food, the attention to detail, the rooms, the pool, the spa and last but not least, the staff was perfect. Specifically Jorge on the beach.... Sir, you could not have done any more to make our stay better. Palace resorts is lucky to have you, my friend. The extra steps you take to make everyone feel like they are the only person on the beach are becoming legendary. Just left Sunday and can not wait to get back. Thank you Le Blanc!

I am not sure where to start, this was truly the most amazing holiday my husband Russell and myself enjoyed together. This was our 10 wedding anniversary celebration and we couldn’t pick a better place. We stayed at Le Blanc from October 4-15 and every day was just wonderful. As soon as we put a foot into the resort we were greeted with big smiles and attention. The resort is just gorgeous and very relaxing. Not to mention the most friendly and attentive employees. They were all amazing! As soon as we arrived went to the spa and WOW what an experience. Most relaxing experience ever and the spa is beautiful. The food is to die for, so so good!! All 4 restaurants are a must try! And the little outdoors pizza restaurant located in the 3er floor is also a must! We had lunch there a few times and then we also have dinner one night there, and wow they were so nice. A huge thank you goes out to EDGAR , ANTONIO ( chef) and LUIS who putted together a very nice surprise, romantic dinner for us! Was amazing and that was our last night there so we are very thankful to them! We had a ocean view room in the 4th floor, room 417 to be more exact and it was absolutely gorgeous. MARIO our night battler was awesome!!! He always had our room ready for us at night with our sleepers by the bed, water on our night tables and much more. The pools are super nice and the beach absolutely stunning, we enjoyed some nice long walks there. I would like to mention some of the other hard workers who made our stay at Leblanc amazing. MIGUEL and FREDY from the spa pool, you guys were awesome, share some good laughs with this two. MAURICIO and JORGE work at the beach and I have to say JORGE made me cry like a baby when we sang the most amazing song to me. Thank you for that! JUAN CARLOS was our breakfast room service guy and we was simply awesome. He made sure I had my dulce de leche croissants and mimosas every morning and he set up our table in the room every day overlooking the ocean. And again EDGAR, LUIS and ANTONIO for our special dinners. There is so many more people I would love to mentioned but unfortunately I don’t remember everyone’s name. I just I want to THANK the whole team of Le Blanc resort for making our stay a wonderful experience. This holiday will sure be one to remember for sure. Keep up the great work! Luis Garcia at Blanc Terrace gave us exceptional service this evening. We had a table overlooking a performance of three tenors on the beach and Luis graciously arranged for this. La Blanc is an exceptional destination.

We have stayed at Beach Palace, Sun Palace, and Isla Mujeres Palace, but this was our first time to Le Blanc. We saved the best for last! The food was top notch as was the service. Palace resorts are known for their exceptional employees, but I think Le Blanc employees are the cream of the crop. The spa was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian. We ate there 3 times! We loved the 3rd floor pool. Fantastic views and quieter up there. We also loved the restaurant there and Jose and Erick who waited on us and spoiled us! The 3rd floor bar was a great place for a before dinner cocktail. We loved getting to know Ofrei, Byliyoel, and Alex, the bartenders there. The International is the place for breakfast and lunch. Gabriela greeted us each time with her beautiful smile, Isabel made our eggs to order, and Manuel, Jacinto, amd Roberto took great care of us. Our 4th floor butlers were Juan Carlos and Francisco. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask! Hilario, Ivan, and Erika spoiled us in the Italian restaurant. Ivonne gave me a beautiful mani/pedi and Lara a refreshing and relaxing facial. Lucinda seemed to be everywhere around the pools, getting towels, collecting used towels, doing whatever you needed her to do. She is a gem! We will definitely return to Le Blanc.
