Le Blanc is a beautiful property! The staff is wonderful which makes the experience so enjoyable! The food in all the restaurants is very good quality & presentation is lovely! We have been twice & look forward to our next visit! Fabian was our representative both visits & did an excellent job! Esmeralda & Christian in the International were especially kind and efficient!! Cesar in the French restaurant was excellent & very nice as well! The spa was exceptional! And Olga was a very good masseuse! I requested her both times! I highly recommend Le Blanc in Cabo😍

My husband & I have been to Le Blanc in Cancun on four occasions. So, when they opened this property we could not wait to go. The property is beautiful. The service is great. But, it is clear they are still working on the property & some the kinks. I found the butlers to much more helpful & accommodating in Cancun, but still nothing to complain about. The food in Cancun is a little bit better as well, with the exception of the Mediterranean restaurant in Cabo Le Blanc. That particular restaurant is exceptional. A must try. They offer a lot of craft cocktails in Cabo that are delicious too. That was a nice touch. The property was only at 25% capacity so you really had you run of the luxury property. The pools are beautiful and the one closest to the ocean ( Infiniti pool) gets a little crowd. Not to worry the other pool has a bar & you will most likely be the one of few in it. They offer membership bracelets at this property. The one complaint I did have was that if you have a higher or more expensive bracelet they let you get away with things that can annoy other guests. We had a member with a high level wrist band that liked to play loud rock music on a speaker he brought down to the pool. It was loud and obnoxious & most guests were not at all amused. They need to pull the plug on that. The music they already play is relaxing & beach themed. One other thing...The showers need benches its very difficult to shave your legs without anything in these slippery tile showers, But still beautiful bathrooms.

International restaurant was great for breakfast every morning Christian was great on serving us, Victor along with Alejandro. We had dinner at the Italian 2 times and Alonso was a great waiter, Daniela was our hostess, Juan was the wine Stewart The Ocean club was our lunch spot every day Daniel was always great along wth Omar,Orlando, Moses, Luis and Frida was the hostess The lobby bar Judith,Victor and Sergio (Sergio made the best Cadillac maragaritas) At the pool Gregoria always had our cabana ready Alajandro was always there to bring us a drink, Cedria was also ready to serve us Eduardo and Edgar were also great taking care of us on towels and water. Eduardo went in the pool each day on a surf board with drink for the guests At the spa ViriDiana did pedi and mani, Eduardo checked us in each day along with Antonio, Andrea, and Sandra Adriana the supervisor was great Last but not least our diamond concierges Fabian and Sarahi were great, and always ready to go up and beyond for us Our shuttle driver from the airport Javier was great he even pointed out a golf course we were not aware of in the area This was our third visit to Le Blanc Cabo this and play more visits next year

As an experimented travel agent, I had a chance to visit and stay in many all inclusive resorts. I can definitely say that Le Blanc in Los Cabos is the best resort ever that we try me and my husband! We try 3 years ago the Le Blanc in Cancún, and since that day it was our favorite. But since we try the one in Los Cabos, with the fabulous view, the mountains, the whales just in front of the hotel, it was just amazing!! Can’t wait to go back!

Le Blanc Los Cabos vs Le Blanc Cancun

I wouldn't normally compare two resorts but the fact that they named the Los Cabos resort Le Blanc leads to comparisons. First of all I would like to say we had a pleasant time in Cabos. No major issues. We are a couple who just wants to "unplug" for a week every year. One reason i feel the comparison is unfair is that Cancun has 5 resorts and 30 years of services industry to employ staff from and many of their staff have been there for many years. Cabos has a limited pool of employees to choose from and I am sure that will change over time. Most we talked to to had been there 2 months or less. I would guess about 10 % of the staff we talked to were from Cancun there on 3 month rotations. But Palace named it Le Blanc. So here I go. Cabos has 30 % more rooms but appears about 50% bigger. It has multiple floors plus nooks and crannies making it difficult to find everything even after a week remembering where everything is. It feels more like a Moon Palace/Leblanc combo than Cancun LeBlanc. Cabos pros: Bed was amazing as well as the sheets, balcony, no steps in Honeymoon suite, double sinks in bathroom, more restaurants (the Lebanese and Ocean were excellent),, some excellent staff including Karla (concierge), Enrique (booking spa and trips), Georgio (pool manager) Alexandra (butler) and several of the serving staff especially at Ocean and Mezza. 2 beautiful hot tubs. More room at the pools. Not as humid and less rain (December comparison). Different things to do. We watched a turtle laying eggs while eating breakfast one morning. Our friends did a ATV trip to the Pacific side. Cabos cons: Most dinners were mediocre at best compared to Cancun, much of the service at restaurants was mediocre compared to Cancun, The hotel was at about 30-40% capacity the time we were there but still problems. Loud music blaring from wedding receptions and the Mariachi Band next door until 10 pm that could be heard in your room. Pool music was pop music rather than new age/electronic trip hop/relaxation. Construction noises from about 8:30 am. Clearly not finished. Rowdy groups of people, loud and obnoxious even in the spa. Our fire alarm went off for 30 seconds or so 2 of the nights for no apparent reason. our ceiling fan stopped working after 3 days (but they fixed it immediately). The breakfast and lunch buffets at International were not what I would expect for a 5 star resort. Could barely hear the ocean from our room. Can't go in the water at the beach. lounge bar couldn't even make the drinks on the menu. Difficulty in getting specialty drinks from each restaurant around resort. In betweens: Spa has a common area of hot tub and pool. Much bigger with more things to do. No hot tub in room but instead a soaking tub ( I would have preferred a smaller jetted tub) Overall, we will have to see what the renovations at Cancun entailed but it is overall more intimate. You can find where everything is and it feels like home. I never heard once anyone say in Cabos "welcome home" which is the standard line in Cancun. I hope Cabos grows into their name over time but for now our next trip will be to Cancun.
