Fantastic service and very relaxing. Wish there was more activities on site for groups and couples that like to have fun as well as relax. We liked the games they played in pool, until someone complained. :(

Came for the luxury, coming back because of the staff

My wife and I fall into the category of people who only post reviews based on one of two circumstances: either something went really well, or something went horribly wrong. We just returned from our vacation at Le Blanc Resort and Spa in Cabos and let us tell you something… not only did it go really well, but we’re already planning a return trip and next time we’re bringing a group. I apologize if this review is a little long, but it’s well deserved. Is the hotel absolutely gorgeous? Yes. Is the food fantastic? Yes. Is the spa immensely relaxing? Yes. But let’s discuss Le Blanc’s greatest feature: the service from its wonderful staff. It actually began with Alejandra, who helped us schedule services and kept in contact in the months leading up to our trip. Once we actually arrived, let me tell you, never have I felt more like a VIP than the moment we stepped out of our transportation. We were immediately met with cold compresses and smiling faces, and our luggage was whisked away to our room while we checked in. At check-in, we were fitted with aroma-therapy neck/shoulder wraps and given a drink, which I still have no idea what was in it, but it was delicious. My wife was given a small bouquet of flowers, we were fitted with our wrist bands (which act as your room key) and we headed upstairs with the tone for the trip already established… A quick side note… the hotel smells amazing. It’s a weird thing to comment on, but I have a nose like a bloodhound so I’m super sensitive to scents. Every floor, every area -- heck, even the toilet paper -- smelled luxurious. Also, as my wife pointed out, when you’re walking from one section of the hotel to another, the music from where you were fades seamlessly into the music of where you’re going. It’s the little things, but I digress… …We arrived to our floor and were immediately met by the floor’s butler, Xavier, who was definitely one of the nicest people we met in Mexico. He showed us to our room which looked out over the resort’s multiple pools and the Sea of Cortez. Gorgeous to say the least. Xavier filled us in on how to use everything in the room, even offering to set up unpacking service (which we declined). Throughout our stay, Xavier was always accommodating and always there when we needed assistance (like when we left our patio door open… cold marble due to the room’s AC plus 80% humidity from outside equals needing someone to come squeegee the condensation off the floor). And when Xavier finished his shift, his counterpart Alejandra picked up where he left off. She even surprised us a couple of the nights when we requested to turn on the rooms aromatherapy diffuser (a nightly request). When we returned to our room for the evening, we were met with a drawn bath, champagne, and chocolate from the onsite bakery café. Every member of Le Blanc’s staff made us feel right at home, always smiling and saying hello. They seemed happy to be there and equally happy to see us (and not in a creepy “Get Out” sort of way.) We’d like to give extra thanks to the following staff: Emilio and Salvador in the lobby; both Cesars at Lumiere; both Jesuses at Blanc Asia; Carlos, Daniel, and Omar at Blanc Ocean; Roberto and Mirna at Mezze; the entire staff at Blanc International, Lobby Bar, and Blanc Stage (because we spent a LOT of time at each one); and Edgar and Alejandro at the Cabanas… … which leads me to the one thing that hindered our stay: the rain… and it came down in buckets. The joys of booking a trip in the middle of their rainy season. Our only regret was that we couldn’t take full advantage of our cabana rental and the romantic dinner we scheduled because our last few days were marred by inclement weather. They offered to reschedule both, but we were wrapping up our trip and the weather didn’t let up until the day we left. Although, obviously, the weather was no fault of theirs, the immense amount of rain caused leaks in some of the common areas. Luckily, it didn’t affect our room, nor did I hear any of the other guests complain about it affecting theirs. However, even with the rain, the staff immediately went to work on clearing the water and finding the source of the leaks. Honestly speaking, if this is my biggest complaint – something outside of their control – then they are definitely still doing something right. There was so much more to rave about, but in the interest of time, we wanted to thank the staff for a wonderful vacation and look forward to our next trip there!

Le Blanc - The Tradition of Luxury Lives on in Los Cabos

My wife and I are Palace Elite members and have stayed at all but one of the Palace properties. So we decided to check out the new (opened in Feb. 2018) Le Blanc in Los Cabos and boy we were glad we did. From the moment we walked into the Lobby and smelled the Fragrance (you can purchase it in one of the botique stores in the Resort) that permeates just about every common area in the Resort, we were very impressed. Couple that with the white and light gray grained Marble floors, and our journey into excellence began. Our room had an Ocean (Sea of Cortez) view from our terrace and the entry door faced the highway where there was some traffice noise. The noise didn't bother us that much as we were either on the terrace or elsewhere during the day. There was some construction noise also, but that too didn't matter as we were otherwise occupied. Our opinion was that the faster they finished, the better the Resort. All 7 of the restaurants were 5-Star Class personnified. Each one had it's own ambience and the wait staff were very knowledgeable about the specific cuisine. Our favorite was the Asian. The Chef came to our table to personally check to see if we were satisfied with the way he had prepared our food. The Italian, French, Lebonese, International, Pizza Emporium, and Seafood restaurants were all superb. The Staff/Team Members consisting of: our Butlers, Fransisco, Alejandra, Xavier; Vacation Planner Joshua; William in the Italian restaurant; Cesario and Liliann (manager) in the Pizza Emporium; Yasmin, Victor, Isabel, and Eliseo in the International; Miguel, Emma, Esmirelda (manager), and Luis in the Seafood; Eliseo and the newcomer (can't remember his name) in the French; the entire Asian restaurant staff, especially the Chef; Bellboys Martin and Salvador; Pool concierges Hierberto and Cuerto; and last but not least Gabriella our room cleaning Staff/Team Member. These folks are the best of the best aand I look forward to seeing them on our return trip. Downtown Los Cabos was a 15 minute Taxi ride from the Resort. The Taxi fee from the Resort was $35.00 one way or you could take the local bus for $2.00 one way. The Mall and Marina downtown are worth the trip. The SPA was simply superb. Guillermina in the Mani-pedi area and Grecia who gave me my 50 minute serenity massage were excellent. The facilities and the Staff were the best I've experienced. Le Blanc is definitely worth the money. We will certainly return!

Beautiful and relaxing

We are diamond members so it may be slightly different, but from the ease of check in to the check out it was very efficient, speedy, and smooth. The place is stunning from the pools, beach, and rooms. Rooms have excellent beds, cold air conditioners, and good showers. We were on the 10th floor overlooking the ocean. It seemed very low key and quiet for the most part. Was not very crowded either. Food was actually better than the normal palace resorts, which are always good. The staff from the butlers, concierges, greeters, pool wait staff, maids, and vacation planners were top notch. I cannot even begin to mention all the people who seemed to go out of the way to greet and speak to us directly. Fabian, who was our concierge, went out of his way nearly every day to see what was needed, and helped us with a couple of glitches not worth mentioning. Sarah and Jafet were our floor butlers, and since we are not needy they could never really do anything, but they sure tried. The pool staff were all great, as well as the restaurant people. Again, they all did a great job. The night life was very low key, most people were in their rooms after dinner. The bars, lounge areas were nearly empty. The musicians were playing as if it were a practice session, or a private performance. The ocean is really nice, but no swimming due to the waves being very large during this time of year. We had a great time walking the beach and wave watching. Had the pleasure of watching a baby turtle being hatched and swimming to the ocean on our first day. No shuttle going into Los Cabos, so it is a $30 ride one way. Tours were also very nice. We normally do not do the tours, but Cabo adventures did a nice job. We did the snorkel, sunset sail, and Todos Santos tour. Would recommend any of them. If you want a loud, crazy, and rowdy place, this not your resort. Quiet, luxurious, and opulent, then this is your resort. We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent

This place far exceeds our expectations. The customer service is impeccable. The resort itself is magnificent. Cesario in the pizza restaurant was awesome. The rooms the facilities are just amazing. We will definitely be back and refer family and friends.
