Great property, needs upgrades.

We have stayed at this property several times with different owenership groups. The current state of las brisas is a sad shell of a once phenomenal location. We ask as travelers simple needs Clean and comfortable. A+ on cleanliness for rooms and restaurants. It took four rooms to have a room with air conditioning capable of 76 degrees, running on high with fan on as well. The maintenance man help up his hand at vent and proclaimed " its good" and left with the room at 82 degrees. Our bed was rock hard and wife slept on couch because of pain from bed, even with extra pads as requested. Our final room was a "deluxe room" upgrade which had the 76 degrees, hard bed and no hot water in shower. You can't consider yourself a four star hotel with these amenities. The food at this hotel is very good you should plan on gaining weight! from the beach to restaurants all were excellent. If you do happy hour in Lobby bar Polo is an institution who has provided the best service for many years. No food options at bar which is disappointing. Pool and private beach are more than worth the negatives of this hotel. No extra charges for chairs and Palapas. No good advice on beds, the upper levels seem to have better air conditioning than lower, Restaurants and shops are cool, and I would bet offices are as well. Was told they have new AC system, not using for room comfort. We love this location and wish management would take care of it.

We have been staying at Las Brisas many times. It feels as if were coming home and were always treated with care and amazing hospitality. The food and accomodation are quite exceptional. Architectural design of Las Brisas by Ricardo Legoretto provides a brief of fresh air: literally and virtually. I have two suggestions though: please go back to offering 7 not 3 a la carte dinners for guests who stay at the hotel for a week. Please go back to NO BRACELET POLICY! It made Las Brisas unique in its elegance! Bozenna Wisniewska

Great place to relax. Big room, excellent ocean view, nice pools, clean private beach. Great staff. Hotel's food a little expensive, not bad, Servers are not too friendly and in one of the restaurants is buffet and when you pay the tip is incluide already in the check. Sometimes they don't deserved the tip they are charging. I had dinner there twice, and same experience. But the other staff around the hotel are great.

A little noisy

Everything was great except the fact that the washers were running early and I was woken up by the noise. The washer when spinning were banging again the wall and woke me up by 8am when my plans were to sleep in since I was out late.

We started coming to your hotel in 1991 and loved it when it was a Westin. This is our 3rd visit and we both agreed that this will be our last time. There were constant problems throughout our stay. Your check in and check out process is a nightmare. I waited 45 minutes one day to get dollars changed into pesos and then they tell me the system was down. 45 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of me. Very frustrating.
