The on site restaurants, waitstaff, chefs, maids and chefs are five star and second to no experience I've ever had. Truly they alone make the status of comfort through their selfless catering to the needs of their customers. I absolutely love them!

Good location but needs maintenance, no longer good value for money

It was the fourth time in 8 years that we went to this hotel. However this time we were somewhat disappointed. It is clear that there is a lack of investment in maintenance of the installations, specifically the Beach Club La Concha. Toilets are in need of modernization and repair. Deckchairs are quite uncomfortable. Ladders that lead you into the swimming pool are dirty and slippery. Transport to and from the Club as well as within the hotel is done with cars that have at least 150000 miles. On a more positive note the restaurant Bella Vista is excellent, the service is superb, the view spectacular and the food very good.

Surpassing the expectation

Staying at Las Brisas and celebrating New Years eve (again) there was the smartest and best decision I could do, Family was happy and pleased due the kind attention, food and quality of the resort. I did not have any problem or concern even when the hotel was at 95% of occupancy, I never noticed this or felt ignored due high demand. Safety, clean, warmly welcome everywhere inside the hotel. Thanks for a very good rest and holidays there.

If you're going to Acapulco, stay here. (But maybe rethink going to Acapulco in general...)

Las Brisas is lovely. How can you beat a private pool and private casita? The hotel has an interesting history with the names of famous 80s celebrities who visited there (presumably in the 80s?) on the jeeps that whisk you around the hotel grounds .But don't bother leaving the hotel. Acapulco is not at all nice.

I wanted to LOVE Las Brisas...

I wanted to LOVE this hotel, I always wanted to stay here but coming from Toronto there is no package options to this resort and it is also not All Inclusive like most hotels in Acapulco, plus everything is charged in US dollars as well... I ended up here because there was an issue with the original hotel booked, after over an hour of figuring out what to do, where to stay, we decided on Las Brisas. Every morning they bring you fresh bread, fruit and either coffee/tea or hot chocolate and it is waiting for you when you wake up in your "magic box" as they call it! In the evening there is turn down service as well, but they did not come every night or very often in the two weeks that I stayed there. You have to wait forever to get the shuttle to come pick you up from your villa. Taxi to go anywhere outside the hotel is expensive because you are in the middle of nowhere, not close to any stores, restaurants etc...Especially when you are used to hopping in a bug in the center of downtown Acapulco. The service is just not the greatest, especially when this is supposed to be amazing "5 star"... I think one time it was the place to be not now it is tired and rundown. The rooms are like you just got out of a time machine, extremely dated. I did enjoy having a private pool and the views of Acapulco Bay from this hotel are breathtaking! There is no beach though, and I missed listening to the ocean breeze at night...

Best place ever!
