The on site restaurants, waitstaff, chefs, maids and chefs are five star and second to no experience I've ever had. Truly they alone make the status of comfort through their selfless catering to the needs of their customers. I absolutely love them!

Las Brisas is spectacular. The view of the bay from our private casita was nothing short of breathtaking. The staff are all so lovely & jeeps are always on hand to transport you around the site. A special mention to Leonardo at the sunset bar who catered to our every need. You are a gentleman sir. The hotel has an arrangement with reliable cab drivers so you can travel to the centre of Acapulco at a reasonable price. There is a regular shuttle bus to the free beach club where snorkelling is available in the sea water pool ( small charge). Small gym on site with a view of the bay which takes the pain away as you're on the running machine. Bella vista restaurant on site is decent although we had better meals for less money elsewhere. One word of advice. The tour operator on site is expensive. Much better to find a cab driver you trust & ask them to take you on city tour/ cliff divers etc. They will do it at half the cost. A memorable holiday. Hope to return one day.

I have visited Las Brisas over 10 times since the 1980s, and each trip is just as relaxing and outstanding as the next. My wife and I just returned from another week there, and it is truly a paradise in its own elegant but understated way. The grounds (from the rooms, pools, streets, beach club) are beautiful, but also immaculate. But what really sets Las Brisas apart is the staff. From the maids to the drivers to the waiters, everyone is friendly, helpful, and takes great pride in their work. I think Las Brisas does an excellent job of hiring, and as a result, you tend to see a very low turnover. As an example, we have had the same maid during each of our last 3 visits, and she has worked at Las Brisas for 34 years! She would spend nearly an hour mopping and cleaning our casita every day. If we needed anything, she would see that it was taken care of immediately. And, this sort of friendly yet attentive attitude is true of nearly every employee at Las Brisas. As a result, Las Brisas (especially if you visit more than once) begins to take on a very family-like flavor. If you're a couple or family looking for a romantic and/or relaxing getaway, Las Brisas is a must!

This is a fantastic place to stay, either if it is a family trip or a romantic date, the private "casitas" gives you the best option to relax, enjoy very good food and the best weather in country. The staff will be very positive and open to fulfill all your needs and also the beach club offers you a relaxing environment.

I stayed at brisas expecting the top notch quality that once characterized it. The valet staff was rude and inattentive, the room had a broken shower knob and the overall feel of the hotel just feels cheaply put together without any regards or attention to detail. Room service food was plain and not worth however much the hotel prices it at. Overall las brisas is just a good enough hotel at best.

Amazing Experience!
