The on site restaurants, waitstaff, chefs, maids and chefs are five star and second to no experience I've ever had. Truly they alone make the status of comfort through their selfless catering to the needs of their customers. I absolutely love them!

Quiet, private and amazing views

Las Brisas is set on a mountain side above Acapulco consisting of private casitas with small private pools. The design of the resort has these casitas along switchbacks up the mountain ensuring that each casita has a stunning view, both during the day and of the city lights at night. There is also a “beach club” down below at ocean level which requires taking a shuttle but was fun with a good bar. Pros: the VIEWS. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, service is good. The private pool is wonderful. A light breakfast of coffee, fruit and bread is included and is delivered to the room each morning (placed in a pass through to not disturb you). Room service can be ordered and was reasonable. Cons: the resort is not walkable and you’ll need to call to be picked up in a Jeep to be taken to anywhere else on the property. Always quick to arrive but gets tedious not being able to go anywhere without asking. Being up on the mountain away from the city is isolating. To get more choice of restaurants will require a taxi at 300 to 500 pesos round trip. The hotel’s restaurant Bella Vista has a lovely view but was over priced for the food quality. Rooms do not feel secure; doors can be broken into. We took our valuables with us whenever leaving. Suggestions: hit a grocery store for some supplies to supplement the free breakfast. Make sure to visit the beach club and have lunch there. Order room service dinner to enjoy on the poolside.

A most unique and interesting property!!

Great service; the best view; older but very well maintained;good food; splendid infrastructure - the maintenance on 40 acres must be fantastic; overall a great experience. We loved the logo, the jeeps, the spa, the casitas, our pool, and coffee and pastries each morning.

Secluded, quiet & relaxing

Good to know: - The greater your room #, the higher up your room is. - Bring insect repellent. Save a few extra dollars from buying it at a local pharmacy or having a staff member make a trip. There are spiders and mosquitos on the property and both are pretty active around sunset. The store near reception does not have any. - Rooms have a mini fridge, but no microwave. - 20% tip added to all room service & La Concha bills. - The kitchen switches up which complimentary breakfast pastries they’ll deliver to your room each morning. Pros: - Beautiful views of Acapulco city & surrounding Bay Area from different vantage points in Las Brisas. Sunsets here are breathtaking. - Attentive & friendly staff: Everything is a phone call away. Reception concierges were bilingual and responsive. The drivers are friendly, polite, and easy going. - Privacy is #1: Each casita is very secluded and quiet, provided you don’t end up with noisy neighbors. Most rooms have a small pathway off of the road. Some suites are separated with white cement walls. - Private Pool: Swim whenever you’d like. - Beach club: The Private beach club is a 10-15 minute drive through the Las Brisas gated community. There are 2 pools (1 chlorine, 1 freshwater), but there isn’t an actual beach. - Proximity to the airport: Located right off of the Main Street, Las Brisas is 15-20 minutes from Acapulco Airport. Cons: - Property badly needs a makeover. I saw thin layers of white paint on furniture and walls. The Beach Club freshwater pool’s handrails are rusting away and sections of the rock walls there are roped off or missing entire rock chunks. The tennis courts, located at the northern-most end of the property, looks like it hasn’t been repainted in decades. - Pricey room service & beach club food: Overpriced and can’t justify the quality. Room service menu is mediocre (tacos, ceviche, seafood cocktail, sandwiches, pizza, salads, hamburger, seafood) and could use a makeover. (An appetizer and entree runs $15-30 USD total before the service fee and pre-added 20% gratuity). - Do not order the pizza for room service. The marinara sauce on the margherita pizza wasn’t cooked and the thin crust tasted stale. - The complimentary AM coffee is incredibly diluted.

We always stay there when we visit Acapulco, this hotel has the best views, it’s quiet and relaxing. For best views traveling as a family ask for casitas with room number 343 to 352. Service could improve, specially room housekeeping as we had to ask for towels two days. A must eating at the restaurant in La Concha. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more options.

If you are planning a trip to Acapulco then this is really the only Hotel to stay !! its perfect in everyway. We definitely chose the best place to stay by far. The rooms are private and spotlessly clean. The food was delicious, Bella Vista restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with an amazing view of St Lucia Bay and very attentive staff. The grounds are well tended to and all staff work tirelessly hard and nothing is ever too much trouble. The sunset bar is an excellent place to unwind at the end of a hard day sunbathing!! if you go say Hi to Leo he's a jolly friendly character and really looked after us during our stay. All staff treated you like you were a guest in their own homes, I wish I could remember more of their names. Las Brisas is well worth a visit. Thank you Las Brisas for making our holiday very special!
