Third trip to this property. Very comfortable for us.

We like this property, and this was our third visit via our Diamond Resorts time share. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. This time, the access to a safe beach was a further distance, as erosion is taking it's toll. The access to a good super market across the street, and the newly added food trucks near the market are great. This trip we did not rent a car, and took the bus around the island when needed, and this worked out fine for us (no children). I do recommend this property.

Old Resort but Still has Great Views of Maui

Ka'anapali Beach Club was our first resort and our first trip to Hawaii. The resort was pink and it was pretty old and worn down. The roof's were leaking in parts of the resort. The rooms were dated but comfortable. Diamond should upgrade this property in the future. The Luau was put on by a husband and wife team and all of their children participated. It was excellent. The meal included roasted pig and mitie drinks. We went on a supper discounted tour called the "Road to Hanna" It takes all day but it is worth it to see magnificent views of beaches, waterfalls, rain forests etc. It gives you the history of the Island of Maui!

We stayed here from 6/15/18 through 6/23/18. we had a pleasant stay, with an ocean view suite. The kitchenette was okay, but they really need a complete oven and stovetop rather than just an electric skillet. The fridge was okay, the microwave okay, and the kitchen utensils, but just needed an oven and cooktop. Maid service was exceptional, and they provided laundry detergent when asked at no charge. The resort allows use of the washers and dryers without charge as well. All in all a grand experience.

This is a little late, we were there in mid July. Was a little unimpressed with the no cart for our luggage..the valet told us it was only for their use. Just for that, we decided no tip and roll it up ourselves, good thing we only had 2 cases. The check in was easy and polite. we were satisfy. Then as Diamond owners we were told to go get our welcome gifts. Not much, leis, drinks and 2 package of nuts. Of course the young man offered us discounts for a presentation. We demur and said we would let him know. We also told him that we just upgraded twice in a year so definitely will not be upgrading. He informed us that he gets something for booking us and would we just put our names down. We didn't really want to as we have gone to one every year since 2011. So we say we will tell you if we decide to go. He got a tad aggressive and said then I will call you every day non stop. We refuse to put our names down and left. This young man did call everyday, 3, 4 times a day. never leaving a message. Then he started to call our cell, on our second last day, he finally left a message saying to call him back due to a hiccup in our reservation. We did not call back. I know there was no hiccup and I do not appreciate being threaten. I always feel I had a good relationship with Diamond and I would upgrade when I want to upgrade, not due to their sales tactics. Now, the resort did not disappoint. We had an ocean view room than also overlooks the pool. I was worry it may be noisy but it was not a problem. You do hear muffled music in the afternoon but nothing in the morning and evening. The room was large but no stove. We are so use to full kitchen for Diamond properties that I didn't notice the partial kitchen until the next morning. Loved the fact you could walk to the Times grocery store and it had most supplies needed. Also would have like washer and dryer in the unit but it was a short walk to the units from our room. We enjoyed our stay there, the resort had quite a few activities but we didn't get to try any due to our own full itinerary. We did mange to spend a few hours by the pool on a few days and loved it. Took a walk from the back to see their beach access and it was a nice stroll. Would definitely return.

Yes just loved this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay here in Ka’anapali from the time we pulled into valet till the end when they allowed us to hangout at the pool while waiting for our flight. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed like coffee, cookware, laundry detergent, soaps. We didn’t get an ocean few but didn’t matter, we didn’t spend too much time there. We stopped at Costco on the way in but we found everything we needed at great prices right across the street at times market. The pool area was great with waterfalls and a slide. Beautiful to watch sunset from pool area and bbqs right on ocean front. There is a gate that takes you to the beautiful boardwalk which has many accessible beaches and dukes is very close with aloha hour which was very good! Also decent prices at the resort with daily drink specials and 2 happy hours! We would definitely visit this resort again!! We skipped the welcome gift because we didn’t want to be stuck down there talking about a timeshare that I wouldn’t get. Wonderful stay, can’t wait to book next year😊
