The resort was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Jorge, Edwin, Christian, Adrian, Evandro , Antonio and Wilma were awesome! The food was wonderfull! I'm extremely picky as far as quality and I was never disappointed. You could get simple hamburgers and fish tacos or fancy entrees that were plated beautifully. We will definitely be going back!

The Palace on Isla Mujeres is a wonderful place to relax. It was quiet and cozy. The staff was amazing. The food was gourmet level at all meals. All aspects of our trip were beyond what we expected. We got engaged on sunday evening. The staff found out and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They even sang to us while having a romantic dinner on the beach. Love this place and will plan on going back!!!!

The hotel and location are wonderful. Regarding the food we are gluten intolerant and they were wonderful and catered to our needs with wonderful food. Do not pay for the upgrade ocean view as you will not receive it. We discussed it with the front desk for over an hour and they said that it didn't matter that we paid extra for the view as we paid it to a different company (Apple) and that they were not connected to them.

The Isla Mujures palace was totally amazing. The staff there makes a beautiful location even that much better. They treated me and my girlfriend like a king and queen. The only thing that could of been a little better is the beach, it was nice and sandy but had a lot of seaweed in the water due to the position of where it was located on the island. It was stated that way In a lot of reviews so it wasn't a big deal. I really like that it was only 62 rooms and adults only, Cancun is like Vegas way to many people and to much action, we like quiet and private resorts that are more personal and Isla Mujures palace is definitely that. That is why Isla Mujures is my favorite place, already looking forward to the next time we can go. Thank you Brian Thompson

Unwind unplug and escape to a tropical getaway where any picture you take from any place on the property (less room 122 ) is like a postcard. We were treated like family by all the staff (Thank You Eduardo! Boris Pedro Ishmail Christian and host of other for sharing your paradise with us). A place where you can lose yourself in total relaxation.Unfortunately the private complimentary catamaran to the island was not available on the week we went (Dec 3-6) and were not informed until the evening before our depature. This started the trip off on stressful note as this was our first visit to the property and were not familiar with the logistics to get to and from the island. We were told by guest who were seasoned veterans of the property that this not uncommon during off peak season. If your looking for nightlife, you will need to travel outside the property the pool and pool bar closes promptly at 6PM. The evening dining is from 7 to 10 and after 10 the only activities are a small bar opened to midnight as well as light entertainment available on most nights during our stay for several hours ranging from a small 1 or 2 person band to a magic show. if your looking nightlife you will have to leave the property. Our room had leaked condensation from the a/c which Edurado (really good guy) called on several times to repair but it was still "raining" in our room upon our departure. The view we had was probably the worst of the any on the property; but, we didnt stay much in the room so we were not goin to let that impede our time to spend with friends who we had traveled with. The fridge is stocked with beer (Bud light Corona), spirits water and soft drinks restocked every 24 hours. I would recommend, at least one time during the visit to order off the room service menu. This service is also included in the booking. (comparable to being on cruise ship). We were told there is some form of timesharing program at this property but we avoided any sales pitch without issue. The demographic during our visit consisted mostly of the retiree or close to retirees with some younger couples and just like the staff for the most part all the guest were very friendly and it was great getting know them (Dennis- The Mayor, Kathy, Charlie - The Outlaw, Paddy, Dave, Steph). Complimentary kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available

A great place for a quiet break where the staff are truly phenomenal. From the front desk, Karol and Geraldo, Lulu (guest services) to the waiters , Julian (attentive), Arturoro ( saw to every need) Jacob, Christian,Ishmael and Wilma(a smile that went the whole length of the island) to Jonathan who got me stretching and finally to Chef Dario who was so kind and proud to produce some Yucatan specialties.

We stayed for 3 nights as a quick getaway with the goal of just relaxing. Our goal was achieved! Upon arrival and throughout our stay, the bellman, Adeymar, was wonderful. We had several nice conversations with him and he was very helpful, always with a smile on his face! The rooms were really nice and very clean. There were double sinks so it was easy for us to both get ready. It was a little odd that the lighted make-up mirror was glued down to the middle of the counter which made it a little hard to keep your things neatly. The double person jetted tub was great. The first time we used it, it was a bit dusty but it was cleaned up and for the next two nights, it was perfect. The beach, while smaller, was nicely maintained. There was a lot of seaweed growing in the water, so there wasn't much space to walk in the water. But the water was clean and barely any seaweed on the beach. We went out on both the sea kayaks and paddleboards. It was a lot of fun! I forget the lifeguards, name, but he was friendly and helpful. The food...not so great. The flavor was quite bland. We also weren't wowed over by the alcoholic beverages. It would be nice to have a tropical drink menu rather than a drink menu with basic drinks like a screwdriver on it. However, our favorite waitress, Wilma, was on it! She brought us moccachinos and some frozen mango concoction that were great :) While the resort is quiet, which we were looking for, they tried to have an hour or so of entertainment each evening. There was a Salsa show with lessons (though not many participated) and a magic show that was really entertaining.
