I was very disapointed on the room specially because the room had fleas!!!! they had to move me to another room in the same floor. wich to me it wasnt a 5 start hotel...... very unhappy due to the fleas in my room and the way the carpet and the room look. it was very old.. .. More>

There were entirely too many people at this hotel. The first room that I was given overlooked a roof, and I paid for an ocean view. I was moved and the second room was somewhat better but on level 25 so I was dizy when out on the balcony. The tour van dropped me off in the back of the hotel so i .. More>
