This hotel has stunning views you see as soon as you enter the lobby. We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony and a view of the ocean it was amazing. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Especially the lady who booked our excursions.( I forgot her name but she also gave us some great suggestions on things to do). The price for breakfast was kind of pricey for breakfast so we only ate their once. There was always chairs with umbrellas available on the beach. Had a great stay will definitely come back.

Great property - not so great customer service.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend getaway October 4-7. There was a jazz festival going on within the property during our stay which we were not told about ahead of time or even during check-in. I am a diamond for life member with Hilton, and for some reason they chose to give me the worst room in the house - room 176 which is on the first floor of guest rooms even though my profile states a preference of an upper floor. I paid extra for an upgraded room with an ocean view. Please see the attached photo for our actual view of the air conditioning equipment. The main stage for the jazz festival was also right across the parking lot from our room, so the noise was insane until well after midnight. After complaining about the room we were assigned, we were told there was nothing the hotel could do. We could spend the first 2 nights in this awful room, and then they could move us to another for our last night in Barbados. We suffered through. What else could we do? The new room was lovely and quiet, but we had to remind them and push them multiple times to make sure the switch actually happened. The room situation was hardly the only issue we had. The attitude of most of the staff seemed indifferent at best and sometimes downright rude. The staff in the beach towel stand told us we were on our own to find unoccupied beach chairs to sit in. There were plenty of chairs stacked up at the entrance to the beach, but they didn't have anyone available who could unstack them and set them up with an umbrella for us. After check-out, we stopped by the pool bar/restaurant for lunch. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to greet us at our table, my wife finally went up to the server station to ask for menus. She had barely sat back down at our table when a server was there to take our order. Since we hadn't even glanced at the menu yet, we had to send her away and hope we could flag her down again once we were ready. After the very mediocre food was delivered, nobody visited our table again. Our assigned server had totally disappeared. I had to get up from the table to get another server to come over and let us pay our bill. This same sort of attitude was prevalent throughout the property. We loved Barbados, and the actual Hilton property was very nice. However, the staff leaves a lot to be desired and definitely had a negative affect on our vacation experience.

A Good Time!

This was a quick vacation at this hotel and though the hotel is not as modern as I would like, it was wonderful. The entire staff was great, the pool and beach was fantastic. If you are headed to Barbados, I recommend that you give them a try.

My massage was booked at the Eforea Spa for my birthday. The 90 minute hot stone massage was carried out by Olga. It was the best massage I have had and I have had many. I am looking forward to having having it again when I next visit Barbados, I would highly recommend it. Lighthouse restaurant hilton barbados 18th May 2018 Pleasent staff and decor. However rice was very under cooked and salmon very over cooked and no lemon. Very nice white chocolate cheese cake dessert.

We were here to celebrate our friends' wedding. It was a lovely wedding party, the waiting staff has been extremely professional. And the stunning beach outside framed the perfect idea of a party on Barbados. Large parking lot. Superb facility!
