The staff at the resort are some of the nicest anywhere and the food, drinks and view at The Point Restaurant make it a hidden gem of the Atlantis Resort, but the property is otherwise showing some neglect, from bathroom fixtures in need of repair and/or replacement, to a mostly non-working hot tub (no heat for 4 of 7 days) to pool chairs that were horrible due to wear, fading, rips, tears and sagging to almost always empty water bottles in the exercise room. I don't expect perfection but I do expect better from a property that's certainly seen better days.

Building 4 - Room 4752 - NO BUENO!

No convection oven, broken coffee pot, poor quality knives, ceiling fans creaking, hard & flattened pillows. Probably the worst was the rotten egg smell of the water, poor water pressure and it taking 30 minutes or more for hot water to come out of the shower. (The water in Nassau doesn't have that sulfer smell - and as I understand it Atlantis has it's own water treatment plan - so this is totally unacceptable) Last, this room has NO view from the balcony - with the exception of looking building 3! We requested changing of the room 3 times, we were NOT accommodated. We love HarborSide, have been MANY times and we will go again. Just chalk it up to a bad room that needed some attention.

What a hotel! Management makes sure all guests are happy and helped me get around town, book excursions and so much more! When staying at Harborside, you get unlimited access to the Royal Towers Pool which is HUGE PLUS! You will have a great time

Perfect waves, beach, room, staff ... everything was simply fantastic. It is a huge property with lots of different activities. Can’t get bored. We loved the way the resort is build into nature with the lagoon which offers great shallow sea water and snorkeling opportunities for smaller kids.

We chose to stay at the Harborside resort to give us more space with the kids than a hotel room and allow us to have a kitchen to make breakfast in the mornings as we are not traditional breakfast eaters. The condos are spacious and clean. They are well equipped with large screen TVs dishes and pots and washers and dryers. Although it is a bit offsite from atlantis there are shuttles from the front lobby to both royal towers and coral towers. They come frequently and reliably. Very convenient. We are very happy with our choice. Full use of the facilities at atlantis are included with the rental. It’s a nice walk through the marina to the waterpark. We recommend Harborside without reservation. Give it a try.
