We enjoyed the resort with the exception of the lack of balcony. The shuttle service to the other resorts was very convenient. Loved the pools and slide activity. We were there during a slow time and many of the restaurants were not open all week. Couldn't really find anything to do after dinner.

Harborside is THE way to go if vacationing with a large group! We had 16 persons celebrating my parent’s 60th anniversary. Stayed in two 2-bedroom lock offs. They were super clean and comfy. Great view looking at Nassau Harbor. Easy to meet in villas or at Harborside pool to plan our day. Saved lots of money by eating breakfast in villas, making lunches/snacks for water park/ocean and bringing in our collapsible coolers ( which we had packed).Staff was incredible at every turn. I had worked with Kenva the conciere who was fantastic! She even bought our cake and had it decorated and delivered to the Pointe restaurant for the anniversary dinner. Even though the Pointe does not take reservations - they had the table set for 16 and the staff to serve us attentively! My dad is not walking as well as in his youth but didn’t want to rent a wheelchair/scooter. We took the shuttle to the Cove and it was an easy walk for him to the Lazy River or Cove beach where we primarily hung out. Cove beach is gorgeous and more private than the main beach. Everyone in our party was super impressed by the facilities and service! Fantastic time!!!

Our stay at Harborside Atlantis was fabulous. Everything was easy and everyone was so happy, nice and helpful. We were uncertain before we arrived if we had access to the waterpark and other Atlantis activities. We were so pleased to learn we were able to use all the pools (except the Cove) and the water park. We had a wonderful week.

Poor communication

We were switched into four different rooms!! We checked in, got our rooms and set to go to pool. Front desk called and told us we were put in the wrong room so we needed to move. I was frustrated, but didn’t argue because I understand things can happen. So we pack everything up and go to newly assigned (smaller) room. Manager blamed the owner we rented from that he gave wrong info. So we unpack and get ready for pool and housekeeping knocked on our door and seemed confused that we were there. She looked over her papers and told us we needed to be in a different room. So we go back to a bigger room after packing everything up and unpack again. Then the front desk calls and asks when we will be out of the room. I almost lost it!!! She is still insisting it’s not their fault. I wanted to cry. This is going on hours now!! So she comes up to the room and offers to help move our things. So we are put back into a small room. The following day I asked to speak to a manager. She was very stern (like school principal stern) and insisted this was all the time share owners fault and they would not compensate us. She was actually a jerk!! This was my 8th time at the Atlantis. I will NEVER stay at Harborside again. The showers were moldy and there was no water pressure.

Great Atlantis Vacation!

Our week at the Harborside Atlantis was wonderful! The resort was fabulous and the staff very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this destination for anyone wanting an 'aquatic' adventure.
