Loved the exercise classes. We did yoga, Pilates, and an aqua cycling class. Instructors are very entertaining and make it fun. All the food and drinks are included with the stay and are delicious. Would recommend & definitely want to come back.

This is a great All Inclusive Resort. It was very relaxing. The place had many different restaurants. The staff was very friendly and it’s an overall relaxing place. I would highly recommend this resort.

We traveled there on the 5th of may and we loved this resort the weather was not as good though but we still enjoyed every minute of it . My favourite restaurant was the Poseidon the crab cakes was amazing. And you could have your breakfast there and it was waiter service. we was in block 38 and we had a partial sea view we was in room 3835 . The beaches was lovely and never a problem getting a bed . The resort is stunning pretty gardens and the biggest pool ever. Plenty to do when the weather was bad would I recommend yes I would it’s spotless and very grand .

This was our third trip to the Grand Palladium Resort. We were there in the spring of 2016, 2017 and 2018 for ten days each time. We went for the R & R, had a great time, and we will be going back. We returned to the Grand Palladium Resort as it is a safe place, great weather, great beach with access for snorkeling to see fish and coral from the beach (we don't want to be dropped off a boat in the ocean), good food and good drinks. Thanks to Valene (Guest Relation Manager) who answered all our emails when we were planning our vacation and accommodated our requests. Valene met us when we checked in and ensured we were happy with our arrangements. They were amazing. The last two years we have written detailed reviews about how we loved the various restaurants/buffets, our room, the great drinks/coffee and water activities. Everything again was great. The Poseidon Restaurant has added an a la carte breakfast this year which we really liked and their crap cake appetizer for dinner was the best we have ever had. Several evening we went there just to have this appetizer with some wine. Absolutely delicious! The Grand Palladium is a beautiful Resort, but we return because of the service/treatment from the staff. Valene and all the staff are really welcoming, friendly, hard working and made us feel like we were special. Shout out to Fiona, Junnetta, Blue Smurf and Gilligan whom for all three years we have had visits, great service and laughs with. Great service at the Poseidon thanks to Renaldo, Andrea and Jashaine, also had refreshing drinks from Clive and enjoyed Thomas at the beach. All the staff were so nice and good at their jobs. We appreciate this excellent service from wonderful people. We will be returning to visit again. Donna and doug

I visited the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort and Spa May 5-11, 2018 with my boyfriend (We're 30 and 31 years old). We were looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway, and that's exactly what we found here! Folks had warned that May is the start of Jamaica's rainy season -- I chose not to believe that it would be as bad as people had said, and unfortunately, it did rain every day (one day was a complete washout, the rest of the days we would get a few hours of sun and then some rain), but it didn't damper our fun, and it certainly wasn't the resort's fault. I definitely would choose another month to visit Jamaica though in the future. Onto the resort! The public areas are beautiful, and I was so impressed with how well-maintained and gorgeous the grounds are. I personally loved the size of the resort (I saw some complaints about it being too big) but I felt that it allowed us to spread out, and it never felt too crowded. I also enjoy walking, so we never had an issue getting around. If you need a golf cart to transport you somewhere (as we did the few times it rained), they are happy to offer that service. We loved wandering around the resort and exploring the different beaches, pools, bars and areas to hang out. We stayed in building 38 on the Lady Hamilton side, which we found to be a great location. We were located right next to the spa/gym and a short walk to the main lobby and restaurants. We weren't far from the beach or pool either. I loved our junior suite room, and we were very comfortable here! The staff at the resort are AMAZING -- the friendliest! Everyone says hello, asks how your stay is going and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible. We especially want to thank Gregory at the Sports Bar for making us feel like special guests each time we visited (as we did three times to watch our beloved Sixers lose to the Celtics in the NBA Playoffs). He was a gem, and created so many awesome drinks for us to try. Oh, and I love how the Sports Bar constantly has snacks out, including the most delicious onion rings. The little things, right? The restaurants overall were very impressive too. We visited: -Mexican restaurant -Steak house- The steak wasn't as good as I had hoped, but we still had a good time. -Italian- I absolutely loved this restaurant! -Hibachi- SO much fun, and the food is delicious. Make sure you make a reservation, it's the only restaurant that requires it. -Indian- How cool that there's an Indian restaurant here! I've never seen one at a resort in the Caribbean. This was probably our favorite restaurant. -Jamaican- We went here on our last night, and it was an awesome way to end the trip. -Jerk Hut- Make sure to stop by the jerk hut for lunch for some of the literal best jerk chicken and other meats you've ever had. We're trying to recreate it at home! -Breakfasts at the buffet were great too. Lots of variety, and loved the do it yourself mimosa/Bloody Mary bars. The service in the buffets is a little hit or miss -- it can take awhile to get coffee or something that you need, but this is the only place we encountered that. I visited the spa for a massage, and had a great experience there too. I returned to the spa later in the week with my boyfriend to take advantage of the various pools, hot tubs and steam rooms. Very impressed! The one thing I wasn't impressed with spa-wise is that the pricing can be confusing. When you look at the price sheet, it says the price is for two people. So then they told me they were having a buy one, get one free deal, so I booked two services, and later found out that wasn't the case, so I canceled the other. I didn't appreciate this sales tactic, but luckily it was easy to cancel once I found out. Could have been my own confusion, but I saw other reviews with similar experiences. I loved the infinity bar at night! It overlooks the pool, and they have a ton of fun entertainment and dancing there. We only went to one show in the main theater area (Michael Jackson) and enjoyed that too. We did one excursion, and I would not recommend it. Unfortunately, I can't find the exact name of the excursion, but it was a catamaran cruise to Rick's Cafe in Negril. It left the resort at noon and didn't return until around 7 p.m. We spent more time on a bus/boat than we did at Rick's Cafe (we only had 30 minutes there). In hindsight, I wish we would have spent that day at the resort. We won't make that mistake again. Other folks at the resort told us they took a private cab to Rick's and it sounds like they had a better experience. Again, this isn't the resort's fault at all, but wanted to include it for anyone considering this excursion. Overall, I would highly, highly recommend the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. If the weather had been a bit better, this would have ranked among one of my favorite vacations ever. We can't wait to return to Jamaica, and I'd definitely stay at another Grand Palladium as they have other locations too.
