Beach was lovely even though we had a few days of seaweed. It was kept under control from the guys. Food was amazing staff was friendly. Only tourist shops on the complex. Entertainment was great. Couldn’t fault the place.

The worst resort of Bahia Principe

My husband and me we always go to DR for our birthday, but this year by mistake we booked a t this hotel , we changen rooms three times, all of them was a disaster the AC do not work.. Alfredo in the guest service he help us the best that he can , we do not want to bother no more .The animation team Hector and Miguel was the best the was so pleasant with everybody, as well Julissa the manager of guest services she was great. In the beach bar was great Juan at the pool bar was great. Thank you first and last time at that resort, the food was the same every day . I visited almost all Bahia Principe which I love, but this resort need to be restore for good.

There are many wonderful points to this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous with a bed that we wanted to bring home. The staff , for the most part, are absolutely lovely, and can’t do enough for you. The location is great too. The problem arises with the food. Both myself and my husband, along with many other guests we encountered, have been so ill on this holiday. Sickness and diarrhoea like you wouldn’t believe! My husband narrowly missed an ‘inbetweeners’ moment on the way home, thank god! A lot of the buffet food was warm at best, maybe this was a contributing factor?

Not A 4* resort at all

Just came back from this resort and not happy at all. premium alcohol wasn’t free. They serve beer all day long but you have to pay for good alcohol. I asked if it is because of the season being low season and I was told NO. Lobby was small and hot flies all over the place even in the buffet. No Room Service and when we complained they offered us as a complimentary. Food wasn’t that great. The only positive part was the Water Park for the kids. I would say stay away.

3rd Visit to Grand Bahia Punta Cana..2nd at Turquesa..warm welcoming wendy fr air canada remembered us! Pool and grounds clean and nice workers work very hard..staff all very kind and welcoming..food excellent..seafood paella at the pool EVERYDAY was amazing! Kids waterpark a blast to entertain the little ones all day and glad to see more food options for kids there!Rooms clean but was lacking stocking this time around (no milk/juice for kids) room service is a plus at turquesa..service in restaurants a hit or miss this time I found it hard to get a drink of water a few times maybe not enough staff or unclear of there serving section not to sure..Michael Jackson show AMAZING a must see was better this time then last time..beach was gross full of seaweed BUT probly just time of year as I was there in March and it was beautiful.. staff all kind..one thing I noticed is entertainment is lacking 👎 last year they had a group of 5-6 people that would dance all day and play games and entertain adults too..noticed that is lacking and need more activities for kids and adults too.. also the way the lobby was set up a few nights was akward with a small space for kids to dance with plant in the middle..not sure why they did that a cpl x as main lobby is much bigger and easier for guests to see..dj last year was better to I remember after kids show everyone would get up and dance.. And main guy on the microphone is zzzzZzz boring..noticed entertainment has gone down hill..but other then that I always feel so welcomed here and everyone treats you so well! Nice seeing a few familiar faces! Turquesa is great choice for kids with waterpark and nightly kids shows and songs..my daughter and niece loved it! I know I will be back to this complex of resorts again as it feels like a 2nd home now! PS tipping goes a long way and the workers all work very hard!
