Superb customer Service

The staff were very attentive and customer focused, some of the best I've ever encountered, they remembered our names within a day, they pre-empted our needs, and all service was delivered with a smile Also having a beach each side of the resort for an early morning swim was an excellent way to start the day for what turned out to be a fantastic holiday.

This was my first stay at a Four Seasons property. I could not have been more content or pleased with my room and the stay. GREAT nights sleep, very clean rooms and great food. Probably the best feature of the hotel was the staff, the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury hotel.

Stunning views, beautiful rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Several restaurants to choose from onsite as well as 2 beaches, 3 pools plus a kids' pool and play area. Was there for business but would love to go back for vacation.

Stayed for 4 days during a reward trip for my husband’s company. Beautiful location and big kudos to the hotel, did not see, feel or leave with a single mosquito bite despite our trip being during the rainy season. Great pest control was the only impressive thing about this hotel. Plu liv spaces were nice, felt clean and modern. Rooms were nice but nothing spectacular, felt slightly dated. Food was OK. Crevice and Poke bowls pool side were good. Anjeo was also good but not great. Did not try Pesce. Breakfast was the exact same, uninspired, options everyday. The fruit selection was lackluster which was surprising being in the tropics. My husband even saw them pouring in boxed OJ in to the “fresh OJ” dispenser. Service was downright disappointing. Everyone was very nice but compared to other high end resorts we have stayed at in the past, service was below average. One of the pool attendants was actually sighing in annoyance every time we placed a drink order. May have been due to the entire hotel being booked by our corporate group and they simply decided they didn’t have to work to impress since we were a captive audience. I did notice the morning we were leaving the pool chairs were all set up looking beautiful in anticipation of new guests arriving, which was not the case during our stay. Most mornings there were leftover crumpled towels and discarded drink glass all over the place. All in all very happy I was not paying for it. Would never opt to return if I did have to pay but at least now i’m an expert on setting up a beach/pool lounge chair.

We spent four nights in a canopy suite at the resort and everything about our suite was wonderful. Esp our very own pool. The staff was fabulous and very happy to go that extra mile with a smile. I injured my foot prior to my visit and I was traveling with a crutch. Everyone at the resort was very patient and kind and helpful. Especially Gloria who works at the Bahia restaurant. Every morning she would help me pick and carry my food from the buffet and made breakfast a stressless and super enjoyable meal for me. She remembered my preferences and nothing was too much trouble. The spa was fabulous and masseuse Manuel removed every ache and pain from my back and shoulders. So good that I went back for another massage before we left. A first class resort if all you want is to stay put, relax and enjoy its facilities.
