The hotel staff could have cared less that it was my Birthday. They were not friendly, did not try to give me a room with ocean view. Wanted to charge me to call Apple instead of just making call for me. Beach was horrible-kids everywhere and Mexican people constantly bugging you to buy their stuff. Couldn't relax.

Everything went very smoothly and as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and patio was clean and relaxing. Location was excellent. We had a great time and likely will do this again.

Love staying at the Casa Dona Susana. Great location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Also very much appreciate that this is an adults-only hotel so it is quieter and less hectic it seems. Looking forward to staying here again (already been twice in the past 12 months).

We stay here regularly.I don't know what happened.Employees didn't seem to care, had to ask for towels every day, would not let me pay cash for the room. I was promised our regular room on three separate occasions and received the worst room of my life.No drawer space,no window,so dark we had to sleep with bathroom lights on.Unable to get refundfrom a previous stay. Very disappointed.

We spent two nights here under the impression that the hotel's Triple A rates were exactly as advertised online. It turned out that the latter was false advertising. The hotel charged an additional fee (twice the amount of what we were expected to pay per night). Contacting the hotel via telephone and email was a redundant experience and complete waste of time. I would caution all travelers booking online to call and ask for any hidden fees as the prices that the hotel advertises online are a bait and switch business strategy. Complete disappointment.

The staff barely even spoke to us. Except for the butler who was fun and friendly! But some of the staff across the street I knew by name and talked to us every day. Our cleaning staff was amazing! They even put my flowers in water for me! I thought that was truly above and beyond so I took the time to wait for the desk clerk to find her so that I could give her a $5 USD tip! The rooms are really small but the view of the beach from the balcony was worth it! We had small ants crawling on the walls, but never bugged me or got into my stuff so I didn't mind too much. The pool was amazing with a great view and was very clean. My only issue I would say was the lack of friendliness of the staff. I would probably try and stay in one of the Los arcos if I came back to this location.
