This property is quite large, with a lot of different attractions. I loved to watch the various fish swimming all around. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with ample amenities. The rooms are also pretty quite, as after having long business meetings, it was pretty nice to be in the quiet of the rooms. My only cause of concern was on arriving at the hotel, there were a couple Bellmen standing at their station. None of them assisted me. Being a first-time guest there, I had to figure out where to go. On arriving at the check-in desk, there was only one agent there already dealing with another guest, who appeared to be already in-house. No other person came to us new arriving guests for another 10 - 15 minutes, at which time we were told to go to another section where we can check in. That was too long to keep other guest waiting. Once I got through the check-in process and had to find my own way to my room, all was well. I loved the fact that there is 24-hour room service as I ate most of my meals in the room. I had one day which allowed me to walk around the outside of the hotel and took in some of the attractions. I loved the show with the dolphins, and the underground aquarium. It was relaxing....

Beautiful place to visit. Wish we could have stayed a few more days. Lots of water slides and pools. Ocean was walking distance from Towers. Service was exceptional. It was an all inclusive trip through Avon.

We just returned from the Atlantis Royal Towers. This is our 2nd trip to Atlantis resort. We attend in the Royal Towers O/V room. Great Views and very clean room. The resort was not crowded and we were able to enjoy all of the pools and had no problem finding chairs. We moved from Sandals Royal Bahamian to Royal Towers after 5 days. We are glad we made the move. Some things that i liked are the pools, the beach is awesome, variety of places to eat. One thing that i didn't care for was the beach in front of Reef & Cove is only for guests staying in those 2 hotels. Its a beach why can't we use it? I also found that there are some private pools now that require an uncharge to use or VIP pools. I like most of the things about Atlantis but think we will go to the new Bahamas Mar on our next visit. Its real nice and everything is new. Lots of construction and updating going on at Beach & Coral Towers.

We stayed in the Royal Towers this time. I am recovering from ankle surgery . Always tip the maids so they did a fantastic job of cleaning, extra towels, and extra shampoo. Bellman and front desk very kind and pleasant.I always try to outdoo their hospitality. The pool water temp was ideal. Ocean spectacular. If you come to Atlantis looking for good times you will find it. Our family meal at Olives on our son's birthday was stunning. My wife had chef prepare the fresh fish outstanding! Our waiter was fun and entertaining. This resort needs some refresh and TLC.Got to get some maintenance issues fixed. Property location excellent ! If you are a penny pincher and a sour puss please don't go to Atlantis.

Be careful when the casino offers you a free room

We have stayed at the Atlantis many times and have stayed in the Royal Tower and Coral Tower. This time we were offered a "free" ocean view room in the Beach Tower by the casino and decided to make a week end trip. The first room we were given was tiny overlooking the other side of the building. We were told that was all that was available and they would try to move us the next morning. Front desk said it was the casino, casino said it was the front desk. Next morning we were given an oceanfront room - problem there was a man in the bathroom. They were painting the balconies and outside of the building and guess one man had to go. Third room ok until 6:40am when the security guard tried to enter to let the painters in. Had the security bar on later she apologozized and said no one told them that room was occupied. . The employees at the hotel are friendly and helpful but the hotel in general needs some work.
