Lovely place to stay!

One of the kindest beds I've ever slept in. The shower has one of those wide circle shower heads that tears your sore back muscles up after a long day of activities with the kids. Our room had a balcony with a great city harbor view. It was nice to sit out and watch the comings and goings in the area. We had hungry birdie visitors every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also respect your boundaries if you don't want them in the room every day to tidy. Coral Towers is in Atlantis, so of course the waterpark is right outside, convenient to the beach and several good restaurants. I felt like it was well worth staying at Atlantis.

Nothing like the commercials!!!

From the moment we arrived the service at the front desk was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes and workers just kept walking by us like we were not there. Finally a bellman went to get someone to check us in. We had an all inclusive package and on the day of check out there were over $200 worth of charges that should have been included. Took 15 minutes at the desk to sort that out. There wasn’t a restaurant or bar in any tower other than the royal tower that was even open for us to eat at. There was long black hair all over our bathroom floor at check in and there was mold in the sink and shower. Over all there were some really nice people who worked there that we ran into over time but for what they charge for a room it is not worth it. There are plenty of other hotels and resorts to stay at.

I recently made a quick trip here with my boyfriend. He was there for quick business, but we made the best of the 24 hours we were there. The property is beautiful and everything is so grand. We immediately hit the beach and the lagoon as soon as we got there. We made sure to get a drink at Shark Bites near the pool. We also went on a few of the slides which ended up being a lot of fun. Great for kids! They'll keep themselves entertained all day there while you can relax with a cocktail by the pool. We stayed on the 8th floor of the newly renovated Coral tower. If you are booking make sure that you book in the newly renovated tower. The room had a great view of the ocean and we had the corner suite, so the balcony wrapped around. Room was very well kept. I would say the staff is what really got this to a 5 star rating. Everyone was very tentative and so helpful. Everyone had smiles on their faces and such great attitudes. My boyfriend and I are vegetarian and they were great at steering us in the right direction of restaurants on the property with vegetarian options. This is the type of treatment you should be getting at any hotel or resort. Awesome 24 hours here!

Can't wait to come back, loved it here...

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Just got back from staying at the coral towers for 4 days. What a huge disappointment. The rooms were outdated and not kept up. The hallways were not nice. Because of the rain, there was water leaking from the glass windows in the hallway. There were towels left all over the floor to soak up the water. Food is way overpriced. (2 slices of cheese pizza and 1 can of coke was 20$) 90% of the restaurants were closed which left not so good food options. Happy hour DAILY at the moon bar was promoted ALL over the hotel and wasn't open once during our stay. Water park def needs updating. Taxi ride home was shared with another couple and before we left the hotel we asked for a rate. We were given a rate of 48$ to get to the airport. Once we arrived, the cab driver tried to charge us 60$. We argued we got a set rate before leaving and he tried to argue with us. We ended up paying 25$ per couple but def no tip. This trip left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be traveling back here again and will def spread the word about the Bahamas Atlantis resort. Not happy at all with the vacation.
